Una cabaña de lujo de un dormitorio construida por un arquitecto local, equipo de marido y mujer que invirtió 3 años en la construcción de esta hermosa cabaña. Te encantará la total privacidad de los 20 acres circundantes y el arroyo rocoso que ves desde todas las habitaciones. ¡Toma nota del baño principal! Es como si estuviera afuera mientras se relaja en nuestra bañera de hidromasaje o disfruta de nuestra ducha de lluvia. El jacuzzi de agua salada al aire libre es ideal para masajes relajantes mientras escucha el arroyo y los sonidos del bosque, sin químicos fuertes para irritar la piel sensible, ¡para que todos puedan disfrutar!
Creekside Cabin es un santuario perfecto para celebrar su día especial o simplemente desestresar su vida ocupada. ¡Un lugar para sentirse cerca de Dios y disfrutar de su majestuosa creación! Es un lugar ideal para sus celebraciones especiales, luna de miel, aniversario o simplemente una escapada romántica.

Creekside Cabin está construida dentro de un desarrollo ecuestre privado conocido como Leatherwood Mountains, ubicado cerca de Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock y Wilkesboro.

Otras actividades: Buena pesca en Elk Creek (se requiere licencia), cancha de tenis comunitaria y piscina (verano), Wilkesboro YMCA -Good GYM- en NC268, a unas 20 millas de Leatherwood. Lo que más me gusta hacer es dar un paseo panorámico por la parada de Blue Ridge Parkway en varios lugares hermosos para hacer un picnic y pasear tranquilamente por senderos fáciles o caminar hasta las cascadas. Grandfather Mountain es un lugar muy conocido a lo largo de la ruta verde. Puedes ir a Blowing Rock, un pequeño pueblo turístico con bonitas tiendas y restaurantes a unos 40 kilómetros de distancia. Puedes hacer rafting, piragüismo o aventura en tirolina a través de los proveedores de Boone. Paseos a caballo por el establo de las Montañas Leatherwood u otros establos en el área de Boone. Hay varias bodegas para explorar en las áreas cercanas. Muchos de nuestros huéspedes solo quieren quedarse alrededor de la cabaña y relajarse en el entorno privado de montaña.

Just amazing!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend a few nights here. It was perfect. The property was spotless. The creek, home setup, and countless places to just let your mind drift were so peaceful. We were able to recharge and truly relax. We are committed to staying again later this year. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a small slice of heaven.

Most amazing, private, romantic place imaginable.

Highly recommended, if you want to relax and have the ability to hike and enjoy beautiful country close by, all while enjoying amazing beauty and peace while at the cabin, this is the place.

A beautiful cabin, on a beautiful property, with clean, comfortable, and convenient fixtures and amenities. We stayed for our honeymoon last year, and love it so much we came back for our first wedding anniversary. Everything was just as amazing as we’d remembered!

Pure bliss!

Absolutely amazing property. From the beautiful cabin with the log burning fireplace to the flowing creek and awesome bathroom which makes you feel like you are a part of the outdoors, the whole experience is breath-taking and hard to put into words. The most relaxing and beautiful place we have stayed. This is our 7th year of visiting and can't wait until next year!!

Had a wonderful time staying at the cabin!! Me and my wife got engaged there back in January 2021. We got married a year ago, and we were excited to return to the cabin for our one year anniversary! If you are second guessing staying here, book it now. You will not be disappointed. This cabin is everything in the pictures and more. What a fantastic way to unwind from everyday life! The kitchen is clean and has the essentials. This place is laid out so well it feels like your own home after 5 min inside.

Peaceful Seclusion

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend, the cabin was great, the setting was beautiful, you can hear and watch the creek babbling by throughout the day, the lighting at night was quite cool. Not too far from Blowing Rock (probably about 45 minutes), if you do want to get out but I could easily have stayed there for the whole weekend without leaving. Highly recommend!

A little piece of heaven. I can’t say enough how beautiful and peaceful this place is. If you like to be around nature but still with comfort this is the place. The cabin is very Unique. Great for pictures too. You can hear the sound of the rushing creek from every room in the cabin. This was our second time here. Already planning to come back again.

Perfection

This is by far the most Zen property we have EVER stayed at. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. If you are looking for some time away with a loved one, or even on your own, this is the place for you. This place is secluded, private, and the owner's have clearly thought through the details. Very rarely do we visit a place more than once. We love seeing new things, but my wife and I both agree, this is going to become a go to for us when we need a weekend of solitude.

My only reluctance in reviewing this property is that I worry about the secret getting out. It’s just perfect. AJ and Vicky were very accommodating. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but a winter storm cut my trip short Regardless, they helped me navigate a few minor challenges and reduced my worry. If you are looking for that mountain hideaway, you found it

This property is secluded, and sits in a breathtaking natural spot. The notched log main areas and bedroom quarters are very well built, with impressive rock masonry throughout. I appreciated the architecture and antiques, and my wife was a big fan of the huge, super-comfy bed, and the wonderfully unique master bath/en suite. In this case, you truly do get what you pay for. The owners are great, and are concerned that you have a wonderful stay. Thanks Vickie and AJ for being willing to share this wonderful property.

Our second stay here!

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful... A quiet, private mountain/creekside getaway for 2. The cabin is comfortable and luxurious, the kitchen is stocked with utensils & supplies, and the grounds are fun to explore. A couple tips for visitors: 1) We didn't use the hot tub this time, as I think it was in economy mode and we didn't realize that until it was too late... So check that first and give it time to warm up! 2) There is a Keurig, so bring your K-cups. 3) Enjoy the time away from your cell service and relax :)

Magnificent!

My wife and I have stayed at 30+ cabins in the past 16 years. We typically look for a cabin that is on the same page with what we personally would want to own or build ourselves. This cabin is hands-down number one on our all- time list! It is in the most beautiful setting and the owners have done a wonderful job in paying attention to all details. Everything you need is right there and it is extremely romantic. From the 1st class wood-burning fireplace in the living room to the jaw dropping amazing master bathroom out to the fire pit then on to the hot tub perfectly placed on the edge of the creek you will not find a better cabin available. If this cabin were $400 per night you would leave having ZERO buyers remorse I can assure you! There’s no question we will be back! Simply outstanding!!!

Most romantic and best cabin ever!!!

This cabin is truly the most unique and best place to stay if you need a tranquil, restful getaway! The location is amazing! It is completely private, surrounded by trees and the running creek. The views in every room are amazing! The bathroom is truly heaven - with the shower and Jacuzzi tub - with the bonus views! The bedroom is nice and cool - the bed is heavenly. The fireplace is amazing and very well vented! The living room is cozy and the kitchen is perfect for all your needs! The owners were fabulous to work with, very responsive and accommodating. You really could not ask for a better place to stay, better hosts/owners, and a better view or location. This cabin is truly good for your soul! My husband and I went on our first trip away from kids in 10 years for his 50th birthday. We have stayed in many places in the past. But this was truly outstanding and one of a kind! We plan to come back often - which is not something we usually do. I am also a functional/integrative physician and I can honestly say this place is good for your health with all the trees, the running water and tranquil nature of the location, and the solitude! We cannot recommend it enough!

Amazing in every relaxing sense

PERFECT for couples wanting secluded alone time. Perfect to connect with the one you love and let all of your stress go. We were able to completely relax and enjoy each other. AJ and Vickie have literally thought of everything for this cabin to enhance your connecting experience with your love. If I could give it 11 stars out of 5 I would! Absolutely perfect… we even started the trip with a little adventure. A tree was down over the road leading down to the cabin… we made the best of it, parked the car and walked our groceries and luggage down the hill and came back up (great workout! Lol) This is where caring and customer service came into play. On a holiday weekend, they had their son who lives nearby come by like 30 min after we told them about the tree… he came out and removed it!! It set our minds at ease and we were able to begin relaxing. I feel like that was a bonus and going out of their way to remove that tree so quickly. Thank you so much for everything!!! AMAZING RELAXING STAY!

We fell in love with the architecture design of the log cabin, just like I know you will.
We bought it from the couple that designed and built the cabin. We are honored to carry on the romantic rental vacation home, just as they intended to share with us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It feels like you are in a National Forest with natural surroundings and no other houses in sight. The creek is what makes this place so heavenly! Leatherwood homes are within a gated community with shared amenities such as swimming pool and tennis courts. There are 75 miles of trails for walking or riding horses throughout Leatherwood. Wonderful fishing with a purchased fishing license along the surrounding river.

The cabin is a one of a kind architectural designed beauty that is surrounded by the wonderful sounds of the creek. The grounds are lit at night so you can enjoy the creek waterfalls even in the evening. We looked for years and years to find a romantic spot like this to celebrate our anniversary and when we did... we BOUGHT IT! ;o)
We want to share God's beauty with others, hopefully restore and enrich marriages.
