This house can sleep 6 people comfortably. Nestled between the Caribbean Ocean and breath taking mountains, this ideal location offers privacy, great seafood restaurants and some of the most spectacular beaches on the Island. It is a private vacation home that is best enjoyed by those looking to relax. The downstairs area has been designed for maximum comfort and convenience.

Mirador del Sor is a gated subdivision with monitored access. Mirador del Sol is strategically located on road #102 within few miles from the best Cabo Rojo seafood restaurants in the Joyuda area. Being at only few miles away from Mayaguez, Hormigueros, San German, this subdivision offers convenient access to road #2 and #100,major traffic arteries to places like Mayaguez shopping Mall, Combate and Boqueron beaches.


The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the rental period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Owner will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:

Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20% Between 59 - 31 days prior to the arrival date 50%

Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 100%

The Owner regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances. The Owner recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance either through their insurance broker or travel agent.

Pets are not permitted in the Property. The Owner of the Property cannot be held liable for any loss or injury to a pet while staying at the Property, or for any action taken by the pet or pet owner against third parties. In the event that the Guest brings a pet to the Property, the Owner will levy a charge of $100 per bedroom per week to the credit card of the Guest, to pay for additional sanitation and cleaning on the departure of the Guest and pet. Failure to pay the charge described above, or refusal, will result in the Guests eviction from the Property, and loss of all rental money paid.

Nearby you may visit Boquerón, Combate, Buyé, Joyuda, and Playa Sucia beaches and its Cabo Rojo lighthouse 'El Faro' (one of the most spectacular views in the Caribbean) you will also be able to visit the Salt Flats and the Wildlife Refuge while at the lighthouse; in the municipality of Lajas (25 minutes) during day kayak around the mangrove forest (Mata La Gata) and at night visit the Bioluminiscence Bay in la Parguera (Moonless Night). Other things to do: Scuba, Snorkeling, Sailing, Fishing, Kayaking, Swimming; At the city of Mayagüez (15 minutes) visit the Cathedral recently restored, visit the Zoo with its new Butterfly House, visit the Mayaguez Resort & Casino and you may do shopping in the Mayaguez Mall. At the town of San Germán (20 minutes) visit one of the oldest churches in the Americas, Porta Coeli; To the north you may visit Arecibo’s (1hr) Radar Observatory and The Caverns of Camuy; to the south you can be in Ponce (1hr) where you can enjoy the historic downtown and museum

Really enjoyed this property. New, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to food stores and beaches. Especially enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. Would like to stay here again and would recommend this property to friends. Migdalia is very helpful.

Great home/Great location

First of all, Migdalia is awesome. Very detail in everything. The home was perfect, clean and with everything you might need. The home is located close to everything. Light house, Beaches and the beautiful Bioluminescent Bay. Also shopping center close by. This is my second time staying in this home and would stay a 3rd and 4th. Better than the last time

Let me start by happily disclosing that this is my second time staying at this property. My family greatly enjoyed the house more this second time around mainly because of the improvements Migdalia has recently done to the house. The addition of the garage doors and the replacement of the front door increased our personal security. The spa is a nice extra perk to have although beaches are close by. There's the additional peace of mind of being inside a gated community, and once inside, the community is very quiet and peaceful. No issues what so ever. The house has enough space to accommodate a large family, while cozy enough to keep the whole family together. I would definitely rent this property again, specially if I have to choose between staying at a hotel or staying at a house.

Call It Home

Our trip to Puerto Rico fell short of our expectations due to unexpected turn of events through out our entire week. But let me tell you that going home to this beautiful property made it feel like we were home in the state. It was the best of the trip, This home is extremely comfortable. The check in/check out process was like a slice of cake. The information provided for direction was very easy. We listed Mc Donald's Cabo Rojo into Waze as a major land mark and from there we took over. Location of this property is the key selling point in which is why you should choose this home for your stay with family. I gave it 4 stars due the beds, my guest and I feel that they need to be replaced but understanding this can be a costly replacement it was okay.

BTW !!! if you stay here write inside the blue book under the T.V located in the living room. It was so much fun reading over other guest stay and share stories of their experiences in Puerto Rico.

Thank you so much Migdalia we want to return to your property and have shared to all our family members one of your business card for their future trips in Cabo Rojo! expect us in the future :)
