About Paradise Coast

Welcome to Seaside Shellter, the vacation home of the Fee Family. We live in Atlanta and escape to Indian Pass every chance we get. The girls are both in collage and we have two dogs. We love water sports, sunshine and seafood. We hope you enjoy staying at our place and find the same quiet and relaxation that we love.

Why Paradise Coast chose Port St. Joe

Indian Pass is a part of old Florida, where you come to the beach to have fun with the family, enjoy nature and escape the maddening crowds that you find across the rest of Florida beaches. The residents of Indian Pass are friendly natives and enjoy a conversation, offering advice on restaurants, suggesting fishing spots and just getting to know you. The houses are traditional beach houses, like the ones where you stayed when you were a kid. It is a place where you feel safe, relaxed, care free and at home.

What makes this house unique

Indian Pass offers a wide range of natural beauty and adventures. Within a short walk of the house you can enjoy the Indian Pass Channel, Gulf Beaches and the Bay. St Vincent island and sound offers a wildlife sanctuary for sealife and birds, so there are a lot of pelicans, fish, dolphins and other marine animals. The mix of subtropical plants and flowers is gorgeous. And, Indian Pass offers a nice climate, with warm winters (70s)and mild summers (90s). There are a number of outdoor activities in the area, from golf and horseback riding to fishing and boating. The area has a large enough population and year round tourism to sustain charter boats and rentals. And, above all else, Indian Pass is quiet and peaceful, where you can escape the noise and chaos of the big city and crowded beaches.

Best access to beach, beautiful sunrise & sunsets!!!

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful time & stay at Seaside Shelter!! This has got to be one of the best access to the beach & the view of the sunrise & sunsets were so beautiful!! This house has plenty of room, love the huge kitchen!! It didn't have 3 TV's in it, only 2!! Wish it was a bigger TV, but we didn't stay much in the house, due to beautiful weather & was out in the water!! We like how it is a corner lot with room for parking & parking the boat!! Very nice area!! Would def. recommend this place & will be back next year!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your place!!!

"Blast" on the Bay!

  • 5 of 5

We truly had a wonderful time in Pt. St. Joe/ Indian Pass for this incredible music event. Seaside Shellter was a big part of that. Great location, plenty of room, and great views all contributed to a great short vacation. The beach is within easy walking distance with fantastic sunrises and sunsets. We'd love to rent this again, maybe for a week next time. Thanks for everything, The Bruces

Had a great week! :)

  • 4 of 5

We had a great week at Indian Pass in Seaside Shelter. The house is much roomier in person than the images show and the location is absolutely fabulous if you want a quiet, nature filled beach week. We especially loved the screened porch with many new chairs available.

It is very close to the Indian Pass Raw Bar & the shuttle to St Vincents Island. We saw dolphins playing several days & saw rays up near the point just west of the beach at the house. We found many seashells and sand dollars & just really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location.

Managment: The water went out on Sunday and the management company responded very quickly to get it repaired. The elevator was out of order while we were there, but we didn't really need it anyway, so we didn't press the management company to correct that - I feel sure they would have handled the problem if we had a handicapped person who required it - they were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Overall, a great vacation in a great place - we would return in a heartbeat! :) Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach house with us!
