RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Originally an old farmhouse, Villa Arbeio has been completely renovated, choosing natural materials such as wood and stone. The two-storey building covers about 600 sq m with a nice large living area on the ground floor with fireplace, billiard table and bar. The strong points of Villa Arbeio are the tranquillity of the place and the privacy of the park, about 3 hectares, which is mainly planted with lawn. In the part surrounding the house are many relaxation areas: a fountain with pool, two porticos and a dining area with pergola where you can spend many companiable hours. Thanks to its location, surrounded by nature but close to the Cinque Terre, it is ideal for those seeking a holiday in total privacy and relaxation and for those who love nature which is here untouched.

The villa has 2 floors. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into the large open-plan living area composed of sitting room, dining room, billiard table and bar: a well-lit area with several exits to the park outside. On the far side of the main entrance is the wood oven and professional kitchen with exit out to a portico. From this open-plan area, two steps lead up to a further sitting room where guests can read or chat around the fireplace, next to an atrium with two toilets and a secondary entrance opening out to the portico with the laundry at the far end. From this second sitting room a wooden staircase leads up to the first floor into a hallway opening out onto a panoramic terrace from where a stone staircase leads down to the garden in front of the villa. From the hallway you go to the sleeping area composed of 3 apartments. The first and second apartments are similar, consisting of a large bedroom with sitting area and fridge, a bathroom with shower and a loft with a further double bed. The first apartment has a French window with access to the pool solarium area. The third apartment is the largest and has a living room with French window leading out to the pool, a double bedroom with extra double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower serving both the bedroom and the living room and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a French window leading out to the pool.
The property in total is about 3 hectares. The part of the park around the villa is about 1000 sq m, consisting mainly of lawn with fruit trees. At the entrance is a large convenient parking area. In front of the house is a portico and a dining area covered by a pergola while at the back is the pool with solarium area, ping-pong table and table football as well as a further pergola with table and benches.
The pool, about 5 m away at the back of the villa, is easily accessible from two of the first floor bedrooms. Rectangular-shaped, it measures 4 x 10 m with a varying depth of 1,40 to 1,60 m; it is lined in blue material, has chlorine purification and is accessible by ladder. It is heated so that it can be used when the weather is colder. The solarium area, partly paved and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
