The existing configuration will work extremely well for families with two bright double bedrooms (one double and one twin) and one single room with full-size bunk beds - ideal for children sharing. There is a compact but well equipped kitchen with adjoining utility and boot room, including a variety of toys and games for those happy laid-back days on the beach.
The substantial lawned rear garden benefits from sunshine through most of the day and offers plenty of space for entertainment, ball games and that all-important summer barbecue.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must be kept to the ground floor, uncarpeted areas of the property and are not permitted on the furniture. There is a fee of £15 per dog to cover additional cleaning charges.
The property is semi detached and sits in a small row of properties on a country lane in the tiny hamlet of Dunstan Steads which leads down to Embleton Bay. There are green fields to the front of the property and a large lawned garden to the rear leads down to a line of trees and field margins.
