Completely furnished with all linens, dishes/cooking utensils. Outdoor hot tub, gardens, 2 car garage. Weekly maid/gardener included.

Downtown Carmel, art galleries, wonderful restaurants, magnificent beach, Fisherman's Wharf, Point Lobos, Monterey Aquarium, Farmers Market, all within 10 minutes of house.

What makes this house unique

Quiet neighborhood at end of cul-de-sac with privacy gate at end of driveway. Several decks,glassed in living room with 180 degree views. Beautiful gardens and glorious hot tub.

We just wanted to thank you personally for a lovely stay at your home and very much appreciate the early entry to the grounds in order to hit the baby's nap schedule and prepare the flowers. Your home is gorgeous. We had a family BBQ on Friday evening, in the end, 30 people turned up (all gathering for a wedding the next day), and all remarked on how beautiful the house was. The well-equipped kitchen was very helpful with so many guests that evening. Many family members hadn't seen each other for 15 years, so it was very special.

This property really lives up to the description!

We rented this property for our family as one of our daughter's wedding took place in the Carmel Valley.

It's gated location near the top of the mountain in a cul-de-sac made us feel safe and comfortable.

The property was maintained well and spacious and as the description states, 'Spectacular views' are exactly that!! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need to prepare a multi-course meal if you choose or simple dishes. The appliances are top notch.

Ron(the owner) called me personally and he is very nice. He was 'spot-on' that I would really enjoy the house and it's surroundings.

I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative in a heartbeat!

Mountaintop oasis

This lovely home provides an oasis from the vibrant towns of Carmel and Monterey. You can relax on the spacious terrace, in the pretty garden, or on the balcony overlooking the valley below. The well-equipped kitchen lets you easily entertain a large family or a small dinner for two. There are plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group and plenty of space for all to find room for their own activities. You will enjoy the view as you relax in the home.

An Awesome Peaceful Retreat

Upon entering this house you are immediately captivated by the awesome view afforded to you by the wall to ceiling glass windows looking out over the mountains. That is before you begin to explore the many areas of the house that can be used for either entertaining or quiet privacy. Since the area has so many different options for daily activity, it is great to come home to such a restful beautiful haven. We cooked many meals in the very well equipped kitchen, with the help of the grill just outside the kitchen door. I spent time sunning on the deck surrounded by the beautiful gardens, and sitting in the shade reading on the deck just outside my bedroom. In spite of the fact that I was on crutches at the time, I had no trouble accessing anything I needed. The property managers, Sue and Don Britton were very accessible and very helpful. We hope to return to this beautiful home-away-from-home as soon as possible.

Spectacular views, privacy, yet close to eveything

We rented the house for the month of March and have booked it for even longer next year. The photos are beautiful but the house and gardens even more so. You can see forever sun-rise and sunset. Spacious, light-filled dining and living rooms, well-equipped kitchen, lovely deck and gardens. Communal and private spaces for every one. Close to hiking in hills at Garland Ranch or on beaches in Point Lobos and Pacific Grove. Dining, shopping, wineries in Carmel Valley, Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove only minutes away. Sue and Don Britton, the managers, are terrific people and very attentive. When he stress of daily living gets us down, we just think about the house in he Carmel River Valley.

Vacation Home

I would like to say this vacation rental Home was just perfect for my Mom's 75th Birthday Party. The weather was perfect. Driving distance from beaches and shops and resturants. I would recommend this property to anyone. The home was very clean and had all the amenities you can think of. I would rent this property again.

HOME ~ peace and relaxation. Natural beauties!

What a pleasant surprise! The family room downstairs had sleeping arrangements galore. We actually missed a sleeping quarters (which is not counted in as a bedroom) with a bathroom and exit door for two days because it is so private (great for a Nanny.) The home is spacious with breathtaking views and natural light galore. The kitchen was comparable to my own kitchen. I looked in the cupboards while I was cooking.....flour, oil, every seasoning you could ever need....EVEN different coffee flavors!! AND, an assortment of music, books, games and soap for the washing machine. We were delighted every minute we were there and will return. The home was located near a main road for easy access to groceries, restaurants, the beach, Fisherman's Wharf, the Aquarium, and visitor sites. Thank you for making our stay so memorable...Home away from home!
