Our unit is on second floor, and to the rear, of a small building located right on Pacific Coast Highway (the beach is right across the street and visible from the unit through the courtyard). The unit is quiet, light and airy. We are just a few blocks from the famous Huntington Beach pier.
The beach in this area is renowned for its surf, and you can find surfers suiting up on the streets all around the building. Huntington Beach has a friendly, small town feel. Lots of activities are within walking distance. Ride your bike to Seal Beach for breakfast, Newport Beach for lunch and then take a stroll on the boardwalk to a selection of great restaurants on 'happening' Main Street.
The unit is beautifully furnished, and includes a full kitchen, laundry, and fireplace. We have a good selection of beach chairs, towels, and beach toys available for your use. We keep two bicycles at the unit for guests.
And.....Disneyland is only 7 miles away.

Huntington Beach has a lovely, walkable downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. The city is connected to the neighboring communities of Seal Beach and Newport Beach by a continuous bike lane along the beach. We love to ride our bikes to Newport Beach and take the $.25 ferry across to Balboa Island for lunch. Disneyland is a short car ride away.

About the owner: Tracy is an architect in Los Angeles (specializing in sustainable, contemporary design), and Allen is a partner at Grain Surfboards (beautiful hand-made wood surfboards) as their 'west-coast' representative. We are both from Hawaii originally, and enjoy the casual beach life-style.
Why the Owner Chose Huntington Beach, CA, USA:
We decided to buy in Huntington Beach because of the surfing (the beach is renowned for its surf, and is easily accessed from the unit), and because of the small town feel. We enjoy parking the car during our visits, and never getting in it again until we have to leave. There are lots of good restaurants, shops, and activities within walking, or biking, distance.
