Must see this beautiful fully furnished 2 Bedroom, Den, 2 Bath House. This is your home away from home. This property is located only minutes from Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. It is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including complimentary use of an electric golf cart. However, this is not a pet friendly property, no pets allowed. Enjoy your mornings on the enclosed lanai. This property does not have cable TV but does have WiFi and TV with streaming capabilities. All of our properties have WiFi. The Villages, Florida has all the activities you could dream of. With your temporary Resident ID you have access to 33 executive golf courses and 12 Championship golf courses. Golf in the Villages is tailored to all levels of play. Whether your a beginner or if have a low handicap. You may also enjoy any of the recreation centers and Olympic sized swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events. Explore one the 3 public squares with your complementary gas golf cart. We look forward to having you!

Santo Domino Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we had a great time. The rental is located close to Spanish Springs which offers entertainment, shopping, and many excellent restaurants. The house was as described in the listing. The furnishings were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the The Villages.

Our Florida Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed it with a few disappointments. The TV network set up was very poor.The house needs to have local and major channels available. The quality of lighting was poor. We had to purchase a reading light to be able to read at night. we were unhappy the golf cart had no seat belts.

Had to be relocated to another home

Arrived at the property it was 2 AM in the morning. We were very tired and the lot code did not work. The property manager was quickly available and reset the code. However when we did get inside the water was not working. Again the property manager was available to locate an alternative rental. When we arrived at the new rental it was very late and it seem to be a nice rental so we decided to just stay there rather than going back-and-forth. The next morning we were able to just take a look at this new property and decided we would stay there. Has that been offered by the property manager. However throughout the course of the week we continue to have problems with the access lock. Two other times or three other times being locked out of the property and having to call the property manager. This was very stressful.

Good place

Paid for early check in and had to wait for 2 hours extra as code wouldn’t open the door. Not much in the way of cleaning supplies. Overall a good place. Nice neighbors and we like the area. Quiet and close to the places we like to go
