A truly pristine and newly renovated(2016) luxurious apartment, located in walking distance from all major sights of Athens, such as the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Filopappou Hill, and the Herodes Atticus.3 minute walk from the closest Metro S.

The Space:

The apartment were you are about to stay is brand new and fully renovated (58 square meters) with highest standards by our family construction company (Clever Constructions Co) and by the well-known architect Dimitris Moschos. It has one spacious bedroom with a king size bed, It is equipped with all necessary and luxury amenities such us professional aircoditioning (daikin), internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry (washer), oven with kitchen hobs, nespresso coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, a 42 inch television, SMART TV, Netflix, professional sound system (CD-DVD player) with external port available to connect your device (iphone etc), a king size bed, 2 balconies with a sitting area where you can drink your coffee or have lunch, all necessities guaranteed to enhance your visit to Athens. A quiet building, in a discreet neighborhood.

Guest Access:

The apartment is fully furnished, with one double kingsize bed (1.60m. width, 2.10 m. length.) and another folding couch which turns into a 1.60 m. x 2 m. double bed; features a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, kitchen hobs standard cooking equipment, cutlery, Nespresso coffee and filter machine, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. It is airconditioned by two brand new Daikin units (total of 30.000 BTU), airy, with plenty of sunlinght flowing in. Furthermore, the front balcony provides seating (ideal for a peaceful breakfast right next to an olive tree) and the rear balcony has an open view to a small garden. The living room is spacious and cozy, with soft lighting providing a relaxed environment. In addition, hidden lighting creates an atmospheric twist in the bedroom, and living room. Also included are the following: hairdryer, iron w/ ironing bed, laundry washer w/ drying loft, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, security alarm, security door, and plenty of storage space (closets).

Free Wifi Internet access is provided to all guests.

Recommendation leaflets and subway maps will be also available for you.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests will have 24 hour access to any assistance needed by phone; also further guidance and services can be provided upon request.

Taxi can be arranged for pick up from airport (although apartment is accessible by the Metro as well) .

-The Acropolis is 10 mins. away, by foot; (800 m. away), and the Acropolis Museum is just a few blocks away, so is the Acropolis Metro station; the nearest Metro station (Fix) is 100m. away (3 min. walk).

-Basic facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, police station, grocery stores are in the direct vicinity of the apartment; an informational leaflet with all exact locations and maps will be provided upon your arrival.

Furthermore, a wide variety of popular and highly praised Greek restaurants and pastry shops can be found nearby.

-Most Athens centre nightlife hotspots (such as Plaka, Thisseion, Monastiraki, Psyrri, Gkazi and Kolonaki) can be directly reached by foot, Metro or bus-trolley.

-There's also a Tram station two blocks away, which can transfer you to the southern suburbs of Athens, such as Glyfada and Voula, right next to the sea; ideal for short and easy swimming routes.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in our apartments. My name is John, and I've been working in the real estate and accommodations field for a number of years, through our family ran a construction company; in the last few years, we've emphasized in renovating apartments of Athens, by bringing them to the highest standards in order to provide the best living environments possible.

As a traveler myself, I always paid great attention to the qualities and standards provided by other hosting accommodations, and I personally discovered that being satisfied, makes my vacation much worthwhile; and that's what I aim to provide my guests with.

Whether it's a short or a long term stay, a house is a place which should provide comfort, security, and shelter for the hours we need to relax after a hard working (or maybe exciting as well) day.

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Athens. The place was exactly like the pictures showed. John greeted us when we arrived and helped us settle in. He had organized our taxi driver for us at the airport holding up our names. Amazing shower, lots of hot water. John was quick to respond emails when we had questions. Close walking distance to everything Athens has to offer.

I would go back with no hesitation.

This apartment will make your stay in Athens fantastic!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment from Sept. 28 - Oct. 8th, 2017. This beautiful apartment and it's superb, central location 5 minutes from the Sygrou Fix metro Station (one stop from the Acroplis metro station) truly was the key to a great vacation. There is also a sizeable grocery store literally one block away and visible from the corner of the apartment building. There is another grocery store about 3 blocks away that might have better pricing on some items (like ice cream!). Both grocery stores provide flyers so you can compare and see what is on sale. The owner, John provides handy maps of tourist attractions, restaurants, the grocery stores and more. The apartment is lovely and newly renovated with every amenity you might need or want, including a safe. John has thought of everything. Also, John is very welcoming, accommodating, and responsive - no need to worry about anything. Besides enjoying the lovely spacious apartment; we also enjoyed "vacationing from our vacation" in the apartment - having leisurely cups of coffee every morning on the balcony, sipping wine and watching hours our favorite Travel Channel shows on satellite t.v. - something we don't take time to do at home. We highly recommend you choose this apartment when visiting Athens, you'll be so glad you did.

A great place to stay !

I stayed in this flat for 12 days in September 17. It's absolutely great - if anything I thought it was even better than the pictures. Ioannis (John) is extremely welcoming and professional, and always replies promptly - it is obvious that a lot of effort and care goes into making sure that the customer has a good experience. I also loved the area which is full of local Athenians (rather than tourists) , and has lots of little tavernas, coffee shops and patisseries. Plus the supermarket is just round the corner ! The metro is a quick 4 or 5 minutes away by foot, and the Acropolis museum is a very easy walk away. Would I come here again ? Definitely !

Wonderful stay in Athens

We had a wonderful two-day stay at the apartment. It was very clean, great location and Ioannis was a wonderful host. He suggested an amazing restaurant for dinner and took care of all of our transportation needs in Athens and even helped guide the rental car company to the apartment to deliver our car. We would highly recommend this apartment whenever you decide to visit Athens!

Excellent apartment and a great location.

This was our first time in Athens. My wife, my son and me enjoyed the apartment. Metro, bus and tram station were three blocks away. The local grocery store one block away allow us to eat at least two of the three meals at home, we save a lot of money just doing that. 50 meters away two great bakeries kept us interested in the local food , sweets and Coffee. Athens is a great place for the coffee lover inside of you, they prepare an excellent cup of American coffee, but these coffee shops are great preparing capuchino, latte and Greek coffee, there is a culture of drinking coffee and talking in this country.

The valcony provided for a place to drink coffee with my wife in the morning, and talk and a bottle of wine late at night. Try the wines in the local grocery store, the prices are reasonable and there are wines that you will never see in your country as they are small productions, the second floor in the grocery store has a great selections of feta cheese and French cheese.

My wife cooked a great meal using the fresh products from the central market. It was great.

We enjoyed the museums , central market, churches and stores. John did a great job as he oriented us before our arrival there.

We did not invest all the time running around like crazy tourist, we took days to just stay in the apartment and enjoyed solitude and calm.

We will come back in the near future.

Awesome host and great location for sightseeing

John is a wonderful host. Very accomdating and responsive. He even waited to greet us at 2am when we arrived the first day! He is simply beyond any expectation I would have had for a host.
