Property was wonderful. Very well equipped particularly the kitchen.

  • 4 of 5

We had a fantastic time in this home. It was very well suited for our large family! With the exception of lack of rugs (which made for a loud house), the amenities in the home were just what we needed to provide a perfect week.

Great Home for a Family Get together at the Beach!

  • 4 of 5

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely home in Kiawah for our 65th birthday celebration with our adult children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room with 5 big bedrooms and a roomy great room and large kitchen and eating area. The screened in porch was a great gathering place for cocktails before dinner. The pool was well used by all of us also! We rented bikes and beach carts to help us haul everything down to the beach ....which is about a 10 minute walk or a quick bike ride to the access path. The kitchen is well equipped with many pots and pans and spices. We would have liked a few more kitchen towels though. Also another chair for the dining table would be nice since there were only 7 chairs and we had 8 adults! Someone always had to sit on a barstool. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for a large group.

Great house on Kiawah Island!!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first stay on Kiawah Island! Looked at many houses and were so glad this one was available. Upon arrival we all noted that the house was more than what the pictures show. The Master Suite was amazing and the other four bedrooms were very spacious and the storage/closets were phenomenal! Our five adult children and three spouses plus grandchildren under the age of 7 were very comfortable. The pool was perfect and the grandchildren enjoyed it very much, especially their so called mid-night swim (when it got dark), on our final night to be able to swim with the lights on in the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with any size of pot, pan, casserole dish, utensils you may need for food preparation along with numerous spices. This made our family dinners very easy to prepare. We loved the screened in porch as well as the lounges around the pool! We took the advice to rent bikes ahead of time and they were there upon arrival and we used them everyday to and from the beach and to explore the Island. We look forward to future family vacations at this property. My only fear is that we will out grow it someday! The management and owner were great to work with through the whole process and if you have any problems they are "Johnny on the Spot"! Not only was the house amazing but if you have never been on Kiawah Island it is amazing. The houses are set in private settings with beautiful landscaping all around that makes the property very private. We had a wonderful week and now we are all back to REALITY!!!

The home was large, comfortable and lovely !!

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful home. It is a close walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool! The home is very well stocked with all of the things needed to have a great week. The screened porch is great for coffee in the morning! We really liked the gates that locked to the pool from the screened porch as we had our four grandsons with us !! The front porch was great for entertaining young ones too!! We loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom too!! Lindsay , the property manager was fabulous to work with as was Hilary when Lindsay was on vacation! The owner of the property was also very accessible ! We can not say anything but positives things about this property! Stay here if I vacation on Kiawah !!

Exceptional home, rent with confidence!

  • 5 of 5

This home is an exceptional value for family stays at Kiawah Island. Have confidence in the descriptions and photographs that are provided, they are on point. Our family stayed in this home for one week in September and we were extremely comfortable and happy with our choice. The bedrooms are all well-appointed and the bathrooms are exceptional. The pool area is exactly as advertised, with a really nice screened in porch looking out on the pool. The Kitchen and the master suite are the real highlights as both are larger than they seem in the advertisements. This property is a short walk to the beach, so do hesitate to use it if you are a "beachbum". Thank you to the owner and the property manager, they were very pleasant and easy to work with.

An excellent vacation "home" - Two years in a row!

  • 5 of 5

This is the second year we've stayed at this lovely home, and it didn't disappoint.

This house feels like the home of a friend, not an anonymous vacation rental. The interiors are beautiful and comfortable for active families. The kitchen is well stocked with go-to pots, pans and other tools. And the layout artfully combines extremely generous space (high ceilings, 5 BRs, solid new construction, etc) and intimacy with an open kitchen/family room area looking out over the pool. Everyone can 'hang out' together even while doing separate things.

It's only a brief walk to the beach, but rental bikes allow even more exploration and freedom of transportation. I'd recommend reserving bikes in advance (despite easy access in years past, we found them all sold out this time). We will be back as soon as possible!
