Why Luca xx chose Municipio I
The apartment is very cosy and romantic. The wood ceilings also add a lot of charm. It's in a small bulding where it was easy to get to know all of the other tenants. The area is very safe and it's in the quiter side of Trastevere.

Great location from all the sites!!
Expensive but good downtown location
Overall enjoyable , safe and quiet location with lot of great restaurants , really no need or time to use even Micro wave or small stove. Good bathroom, plenty of hot water for shower except only one portable air conditioner and small TV with only one English channel for 2 large rooms and no elevator when you return home after walking 4 miles every day in hot weather and have to climb 5 floors.
Great cozy apartment in fantastic Trastavere location!
This apartment was a perfect spot for the visit to Rome my wife and I took this May. Easy walking distance to tons of great cafes, bars, and restaurants in Trastavere - plus it's still quick to get over to the main sights across the Tiber. We ate breakfast at the lovely little cafe downstairs every morning (Bar Lillo) - friendly staff there, with great coffee and pastries. The apartment is modestly-sized, but plenty of space for two and if you're going to be out on the city most of the time (like we were), it's perfect!
Location Location Location - especially for food!
Great place to stay. Lovely residential/ local eating neighbourhood- away from the millions of tourists elsewhere in Rome!!! Narrow cobblestones streets with every second door a restaurant or shop!! Close enough to walk almost everywhere in Rome (45min or less to Vatican and all of Ancient Rome). Best dining at your door step. Apartment great and Luca really good to deal with. Get him to organise airport transfers for you. Only thing to be aware of you are up 3 floors with no lift (but only really a concern at check in- rest of the time the extra stairs help to work off some of the great food you over indulge in!!!). Also is above a restaurant which is a little noisy especially on Friday Saturday night but a fair trade off for being right in the middle of it!! Definitely stay there again next time we are in Rome. Thanks Luca for helping us have a wonderful time in Rome!!!
When we arrived we were greeted by Roberta. She was very pleasant and showed us around the apartment. The location can not be beat! It's located in the quieter area of charming Trastevere. There are two great cafes/bars just below the apartment that we frequented every day. There are quite a few stairs to walk up to get to the apartment, which was not a problem, since we knew about it. That is part of getting to stay in this fabulous historical area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return some day.
Lucas place was Amazing !!! The rustic charm the bedding and the art work were all beautiful. I would highly recommend !! The location was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. And Luca was as charming as the apartment !!!! The cafe underneath was very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. Would definite stay again. Thank you
