Come to the Galveston area and spend your time overlooking the Gulf Coast! This condo is a 2 BR 2 bath unit located on the 11th floor of the building. The living room sliding glass doors open to a spectacular view of the gulf beach and the Seawall. There is now a 100 foot deep beach that has been created in front of the building. At the rear of the unit, you can gaze from the balcony onto a waterway and the Moody botanical gardens and Schlitterbahn. On the 4th of July, walk across the street to view the Galveston fireworks show and then stand on the rear balcony to see the Moody Garden fireworks show.

Our unit contains a small library, which allows you to just relax on the deck reading a favorite novel or going down to the pool to join other quests in swimming, sun-bathing, and grilling your food at the barbecue pit. The unit contains a full kitchen, cable TV/DVD unit as well as wireless internet. The unit has been freshly painted with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms.

You were right about the view of this condo. My husband, toddler and I spent the weekend in this 11th floor condo. The unit was spaceous and has a tremendous view of the water. The new beach adds to the value of this unit.

Best deal in gtown which includes best view!

I stayed in this condo with a friend last November and everything about the experience was PERFECT. You will not get a better view at this rate anywhere on this island.Paul and Bonnie were also nice enough to meet me at the condo to preview it in advance. They are so very friendly and helpful. I actually just got on here to rent it again this summer but it is booked for the time I wanted! :-( But I will DEFINITELY rent here again when I can better-plan ahead. :-) I would highly recomme d thiscondo to anyone and everyone.

Very cozy!... Paul was a pleasure to deal with. We even decided to stay an extra day and making the upgrade was simple and hassle free. Parking was a breeze and the balcony provided a beautiful view!...

Not Pleased!!!

Family stayed here Spring Break. Great location and great view. But... First off, on day we arrived, condo had not been cleaned. Called owner, he contacted his cleaning team, they got there late that evening while we were out eating supper, when we came back after supper, they weren't done and asked us to come back at 9:30 p.m.! So after notifying owner of this, he contacted them and they did a rush cleaning job and only left us with a handful of bath towels for 4 people for 5 days! Had to do laundry to have enough towels to use for stay. Every closet and drawer was junked up. Huge stain on carpet that owner was apparently unaware of. Barstool had torn seat. Drawers in bathroom cabinet were falling apart. On the day we left, we texted owner because my son left a deer blanket that he had received as a gift. Owner replied it was there and asked for our mailing address to send back. A month later, no blanket. Texted owner again asking about blanket. This time, the blanket was no where to be found! Will never stay at this particular condo again! Owner never offered a discount or refund of any kind for all our trouble. Not good business in my book.

Owner's Response: The experience of this owner was very poor. The cleaning service service was late and did a poor job and misplaced the deer blanket. - they have been been replaced. The barstool with a torn cover has been replaced. The carpet has been steam cleaned. A guest left a sink on which overflowed the bathroom cabinet which caused the doors to swell. That cabinet is on order and will be replaced on June 27, 2015.. The closets are indeed cluttered - with beach chairs, swim toys and pool toys but I am unlikely to empty these since this is a BEACH condo. While I did not appreciate the venom of her emails to me about the deer blanket I appreciate the opportunity to upgrade the unit based on her feedback.

Galveston in March

From reservation to check out Paul was wonderful to deal with. Always available for any questions we had. The condo has a great floor plan, comfortable furniture and perfect location. The downstairs lobby was impressive. The desk clerks were always helpful and pleasant. Parking is plentiful and secure. We will definitely rent this same condo again in the future.

Love It!!!!

My husband and I and our (2) teenage grandsons really enjoyed our weeks stay here. It was very peaceful no noise to speak of. The long balcony was very relaxing and I spent a lot of my time out there just taking in Gods creation and beauty . My hobby is photography and I was able to get some gorgeous shots from that balcony. We made good use of the pool and the nice barbeque at the pool. The condo is just as described and we had no complaints or problems at all. The owner was easy to deal with and was always there for us if needed. There was plenty of room and upon a return visit this will be our choice of a place to stay. The price fits well into anyones budget!!!

Great place to stay

My wife and I, 2 of our friends and their two year old stayed for a week over memorial day weekend. The place was great, clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for all of us. Great views of the bay and close enough to everything to be convenient but not so close to be in the middle of everything. Love the back entrance which makes it so easy to avoid the busy seawall road if we wanted. Great beaches just a few minutes either direction. Convenient access to Wal-mart, restaurants, Moody's garden's, and other shopping areas. Will defiantly stay again if we get back to Galveston. The owners were very good about answering any questions we had before and after we made the reservation. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Galveston.
