The condo had a beautiful view of the bay with a nice deck to sit and enjoy the sunrise. You can also watch the sunrise right from the bedroom. It’s walking distance from a ton of great restaurants and bars and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. It had everything we needed for a perfect trip to Clearwater. I would highly recommend watching the sunset at Sandpearl Resort which is right down the road. Thanks for a great stay!
Private, clean, short walk to everything!
Would definitely stay here again!
Clean, well-kept, quiet, and pleasant
The place is on the water, but away from the noisy, bustling traffic of those big hotels on the beach-front (though a 10 minute walk from "the strip"). Very clean, well-kept, well-stocked and a pleasure to stay. Valerie, the manager, was very responsive and accommodating. We had great weather which made it all even better....
My sister and I stayed at this property for an over due girl's long weekend. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and and its location. We were so near downtown we walked every evening for amazing food at local restaurants.
I would highly recommend this property - hope to visit again next year!

Where to begin
We entered the unit after 6:00 pm to an overpowering smell of bleach, which was ok at first, it lead us to believe how clean it is.
But it made the tile floor very slippery. My husband slipped coming out of the shower with only damp feet, hyper extending his knee . We walked thru the sliders out to the deck to the pool to check the temperature. It was very cold, we were told it is heated by solar by the manager on the phone. So if there is no sun, no heat I guess, because there are no solar panels to retain the heat.
Speaking about the shower, I guess it is water heated by the sun as well. The shower only had warm water, not hot. I ran the sink water to see if possibly the diverter was bad, but no, there is no hot water at all. My husband and I took luke warm showers. Not happy about that.
We do, however, like the fact that the enchanted inn is pet friendly. We brought our 17 pound dog. We Paid extra 50 for him. He is 10 years old and not a puppy.
But on the day we were due to check in, the manager called to ask the time we would arrive. 6pm . It was after her hours so she gave us unit # and told us combination to get in.
But emphasized that our dog better not bark, it is frowned upon. I can understand that, however, the noises that came from the tenants above were overpowering any noises we could make. We heard every footstep and even when the dragged their slippers or bare feet and dragging chairs across the floors. It sounded like they were in the room with us.
The 26 in tv on the wall was hung crooked and the ceiling fan made a ticking noise all night long.
The king box spring and mattress were so thin, and crunchy, someone put those lifters under the wheels of the bed frame to give it some height. But it still was only 22 inches fr. the floor to the top of the bed
If it is a rainy or some kind of a bad day, you cannot stay in and watch tv, there is only 2 dining room chairs with arms and two bar stools. So, to get comfy you have to sit on your hard stiff bed.
We came back after a long bike ride, looking for a better place to stay next time , since it was too windy for the beach, and it seems the tenants : or owners haven't left the room we could actually hear what they were saying.
Most condos insist on carpeting 85% of floor to minimize sounds. When Valerie finally returned our calls, we told her we couldn't stay unless we had hot water. She had some excuse; maint man installing improperly. We left after two days
Dear Pat and Kay,
I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay at the Inn.
As always, I always remind pet owners upon arrival about their pets and barking. The #1 complaint is barking dogs and the reason after Jan 1, 2016 we will sadly no longer accept pets.
When you called I returned you call within minutes. You said, there was no hot water and I was explaining to you that the shower handle needs to pulled up and toward the left but before I could explain your husband got on the phone and proceeded to use such fowl and threaten language that I had to hang up. You then called me back and ask if I hung up on your husband and I said, yes that I can handle complaints but will not tolerate someone cursing and threaten me. Which you then started screaming and telling me your were calling the police. At that point I gave you 15 minutes to please leave the property as you screaming and vulgar language was uncalled for and could be heard by other guest. My cleaning lady was afraid to go the property and ask to police to stay till you were gone.
I do hope you found a place that was more suitable to your needs.
This will definitely be our place to stay whenever we get to come back to Clearwater Beach. We opted for the top floor and it was great looking out at the sunrise and watching the dolphins play in the morning and all the birds chattering. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. A short walk to the Gulf of Mexico and plenty of restaurants in the area, serving anything from breakfast to late night partying. We also got to see some gorgeous sunsets while enjoying an evening meal. Would highly recommend this place to anyone, it was just great!
