Outside is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, and turnout is available for two horses by prior arrangement. Folly Foot Barn makes a peaceful base for enjoying the lovely countryside around the cottage on foot or by bike, or for touring the historic towns, NT houses or pretty villages of the area.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview/DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
