5 Bdrm Oceanfront Villa with Beach in Private Gated Community

Bedrooms 5
Space 3,000 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 2 - 5 nights

About the property

House, 5 Bedrooms + 3 Baths, (Sleeps 13)

This 5 bedroom beach house is located in a new eco-friendly development on the west coast of Nicaragua in an area known as the 'Pacific Riviera' and is only 2 Hours from Managua International Airport! It has become a popular vacation destination as here you can have it all - surf, sand, ocean, private swimming pool, wildlife and endless activities - all within a private and secure gated community!

Your rental house is large (over 3,000 square feet!) and you have your own private infinity pool that looks directly out over the grand, Pacific Ocean. You can even see the shining coastline of Costa Rica from nearly every room in the house!

Best of all your private, gated community has its own secluded, white sand beach which is just a few steps away from your house (only a 30 second walk), with gentle waves that are fun yet safe for your whole family! One beach over (a short walk or drive) and you and your friends are in a quaint, charming fishing village called Gigante that has its own gorgeous white sand beach, and larger waves that are great for beginning surfers.

Time in this village moves as slowly as the incoming tide. Take some time to search for shells, join a game of pickup soccer on the beach with the locals, or cool down with some body surfing in the ocean. The only big decisions you have to make here are which spectacular beach side restaurant you should choose to dine at as you watch the glowing sun set over the Pacific horizon, or whether to have fresh lobster, fish, or locally grown chicken or beef for dinner.

Tomorrow you can go another beach over and surf the big waves with the experts (or watching them surf) - the Colorado Pipeline attracts surfers from all over the world who come to experience this long, rolling barrel wave!

This place is paradise! There are endless local activities. Take your family or friends on a safe (yet thrilling) canopy tour and fly through the air while enjoying spectacular ocean views!

Choose a magical horse ride on the beach! Go golfing or fishing! Set aside an afternoon to go snorkeling or even scuba diving. Take a day and go sailing down the coast. Visit nearby Spanish Colonial towns rich in culture and dine, shop, or sip a local fresh fruit juice and watch the clouds form on a distant volcano.

This green, eco-friendly development has preserved the surrounding wildlife, making it a giant real-world terrarium for children and nature lovers alike! Watch friendly monkeys eat from the fruit trees next to the deck of your house! Watch flocks of pelicans fish the ocean right from your own private poolside!

Watch a bright green parrot fly and perch next to you as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the veranda. Watch spectacular, breathtaking sunsets. Grab a flashlight and your camera and find sea turtles nesting right on your own private beach!

If you google 'safest country in Central America' you will soon learn that Nicaragua boasts the lowest crime rate of any Central American country! Plus, you will feel extra safe knowing your community is gated and guarded 24 hours per day.

When it comes to sleeping, this Villa offers sleepy surf sounds from every bedroom, and can sleep 13 in 8 beds!

Master Bedroom: Kingsize Bed

Bedroom # 2: 2 Twin/Single

Bedroom # 3: 2 Queen, 1 Twin/Single

Bedroom # 4: 1 Double

Bedroom #5: 1 Queen, 1 Single Day Bed

You will learn after your plane touches down in Managua that you have reached the land of tremendous value, where travel, food, rentals, and activities are only a fraction of what they would be elsewhere! You will feel like you are traveling back in time, as you can buy a soda for only 30 cents, a delicious lobster dinner for only $6.00, and take a canopy tour for only $25! Rental cars and rental properties are also extremely inexpensive.

Choose this beachside villa and experience Nicaragua in style!

Guestbook comments from the owner

First of all, we had the best vacation our family has ever had! It was absolutely relaxing, gorgeous, friendly, and monkey-filled! We just did nothing but swim in both pool and beach. Sit on beach. Sit on porch. Eat fruit and tacos. Sleep. Sit on beach. Play in waves. Eat more fruit and tacos. Sit some more in hammock. Watch the monkeys. Drink coffee on terrace every morning to watch the sun rise. We brought no electronics or cameras. We just relaxed together. It was absolutely heaven. And although we didn't venture further than Gigante and the ride from and to the airport, we were fascinated by the country and very impressed with the grace and warmth of the people. For instance there was more resort bungalows being constructed directly across the street from us, with workers arriving every morning at 8, but we never heard a raised voice, or saw anything but men steadily, quietly, working. And what beautiful constructions. Yes, every morning we reiterated our new dream: to have a little place or our own down there! So, once more, we thank you so much for your kindness!

Living the good life!

  • 5 of 5

This was my 2nd trip to the Redondo bay area. The 1st being my honeymoon when we stayed at Aqua resort. Very nice but pretty expensive. We decided to share this amazing part of the world with a group of friends a couple years later. We decided to stay at this great house. I got a group of 5 couples to head down with us. The house had more than enough room for us all. Each couple had their own room with AC and was quite comfortable. The kitchen and big dining room table were perfect. We had the house manager arrange for a cook for brunch and dinner. This was a great idea and worked out perfectly. The pool outside is a great way to start the day before heading to the beach. Redondo bay is a beautiful beach with very few people around. Calm clear water is great for snorkeling. We also walked straight down from the house and did some fly fishing with good success. A 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive takes you over to Gigante. There you can rent surfboards or book a catamaran sunset cruise from John at his fantastic little beach bar. The surfing is great on amarillo. This part of Nica is such a great place to get away from it all. I would not only highly recommend this area but the house as well. It really has everything that you could need.

The Best-April 2014

  • 5 of 5

Our stay here was amazing. Everything from howler monkey's, zip lining in San Juan Del Sur and hiking to Gigante. The house, views, weather and accommodations exceeded our expectations. The house Mgr. Wadolfo was also exceptional. He was amazing. He took care of anything we needed from food to entertainment. I highly recommend this house for your next adventure. You'll love it!!

Visit to Redondo beach area Nicargua

The house was great, the view was evening better. The house has plenty of room and an open design that lends well accomodating large families. Our group was an individual family of five with the youngest child of year 10 years of age and the oldest child of 18. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck next to the pool in the mornings watching families of howler monkeys eat on the leaves in the trees right next to the deck. We spent a lot of time at Aqua Resort which is right across the street and down the hill next to the beach. The food and service at the resort was excellent. The kids enjoyed boogie boarding on the nice beach. It was not very busy so we shared the private beach with only a few others. We made a day trip to the Masaya Volcano which was awesome.

Nice Home nestled on a cliff within a quiet and calm development

  • 4 of 5

Beautiful home and surrounding area. We loved the playful monkeys that played in the trees just right outside the home! The owner was very helpful and responsive. The beach was gorgeous and the pool was very nice. We ate at the resturaunt near the beach. The food was not great and was a little expensive. We did take a boat trip to San Juan del Sur at the owner's suggestion and it was lovely. We were picked up right on the beach and saw amazing views along the way. I would recommend staying at this home. I would suggest that you have a car with you. We did not and were pretty much stuck at the house or beach. Nothing was close enough in our opinion to walk to. Only down fall for me, is that it is a bit secluded for my taste and doesn't have much of a nightlife. There are also steep hills to and from beach which we didn't care for but we got some exercise!
