UPDATES: New LG Washing Machine, July, 2014. Brand new air conditioning system added August, 2013. New sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress added August 2012. Totally remodeled bathroom March, 2012 including new vanity, sink, mirror, cabinet, double towel bar and paint. New laminate flooring installed in bedroom, new refrigerator April 2011. New 42 inch plasma tv added January 2011. Blu-ray player added March 2010. Ceiling fan added to bedroom February 2010. Bedroom painted January 2010. HD channels and new Sealy Posturepedic mattress added in 2009.

I closed on this villa in May of 2008 and immediately added a new central air system, a 32 inch wide screen LCD TV, stereo receiver and a DVD player. It already had premium cable, high speed wireless internet and a keyless entry system so there's no need to worry about losing keys once you check in and receive your special code.

It has all the amenities of home, you may not want to leave. It is located on the first floor with only a short flight of stairs to climb and is 1 of only 15 first floor oceanfront condos at the Breakers (the Breakers does not have an elevator). It has a great oceanfront view and is only a short distance to the pool and private boardwalk to the beach. The Breakers is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Once you get here, you won't have to use your car unless you really want to.



* Check in time is 4 P.M. This time is NOT guaranteed in the summer months.

* Check out time is 10 A.M.

* Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy that is listed on the confirmation. The person signing the confirmation MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay.

* I do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 without a parent or guardian present for the entire length of stay. Anyone found breaking this policy will be required to leave the premises immediately with NO REFUND.

* This villa is NON-SMOKING. Guests agree to pay for deodorizing the unit if evidence of smoking is found.

* There are no refunds for hurricane evacuations or any other natural disasters. Travel Insurance is available for purchase on all reservations.

* Guest agree to indemnify and save Agent, its employees and Agents, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage arising from, related to or in connection with the rental property, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by any Guest or any Guest’s invitee.

* Guest is responsible for locking the rental property. Neither the Owner nor the Agent will be held responsible or liable for any theft or loss.

* Lost items will be returned if found. Agent is not responsible for left items. A minimum fee of $15 will be charged for any item being returned. Please make sure that all drawers and closets are thoroughly checked prior to your departure.

* If the Guest violates any part of this agreement, the Guest agrees that the Agent may terminate this agreement and enter the Property. Upon notice of termination, the Guest agrees to vacate the Property immediately without being entitled to any refund and shall waive any rights that may be applicable under South Carolina landlord-tenant act.

* PETS are NOT PERMITTED. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund. Additionally, Guest will incur charges for fees required to make the Property right for the next guest.

* A Damage Waiver Fee is added to each rental amount. The damage waiver protects you against reported accidental damages made to the property up to $1000. Guests will be responsible for any unreported damages and the damage waiver does not cover abuse or malicious damage done to the Property.

We were highly satisfied with the rental. Very clean and convenient to outdoor activities. We recommended this condo to 2 couples when we stayed here. We plan on going back again & staying here. We loved it.

Last Minute Trip

We booked this last minute trip on a Monday because the rental company was closed over the weekend and phones were out. Although we checked in Monday and out on Saturday we still had to pay the 7 day full week rate even after asking for a discount. The condo was small but clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom is right by the door so it was very noisy in the mornings. The walk to the shops, beach and pool was very close. Overall, it was a good trip just not happy with Sea Turtle Getaways.
