Stunning views of Scala Contarini del Bovolo landmark... the Pisa Tower in Venice... this exquisite two bed room has just been restored by famous venetian architect Giulio Lattuada....
Pleasant combination of venetian classic elements with pieces of modern furnishings... air conditioned... wi-fi internet....
One double bedroom with connected bathroom, one single room and separate bathroom.
Perfectly located minutes away from Rialto Bridge and San Marco square, convenient mezzanine location, only three steps stairs... single door independent entrance.
Apartment is very small with limited seating. It is on first floor across from Scala del Bavola so people are immediately outside windows during daylight hours resulting in limited privacy. The apartment is not comfortable. The 'kitchen' is a hidden tiny sink inside a cabinet, a stovetop underneath a countertop and a mini fridge. It is in a very convenient location, however, within walking distance to many major sights.
We loved the apartment and coordination of check-in was very smooth. We would stay here again.
Good apartment for family of 2 little kids spending 3 nights discovering for first time Venice.
We've been kindly welcomed by Valentina at the Rialto Vaporetto stop and walked us to the very close by apartment.
The flat was cleaned but the floor has not been wiped enough this time, so bring yours slippers with you.
If back in Venice we will choose again this flat.
We stayed there in July and it was great for 3 nights and our family of 5. I loved the character of the place. The manager was very helpful too! Everything was in easy walking distance which is wonderful! A different sofa bed would give it an excellent in my mind..but the price was great for sleeping 5 people. Overall I would stay there again, especially if it was with2-3 people. Thanks for the great stay!
Erika was waiting for us at the Rialto stop. She tooks to the apartment and nicely explain everything. We found the apartment clean and in order. The kitchen is cleverly hidden behind doors, but I cannot imagine actually cooking any meals in there, it was tiny, but it was ok for preparing breakfast. Location is perfect, vaporetto station nearby, supermarket, the produce market 10 minutes walking on the other side of the river. For longer stays it would have been difficult since there are no closets or shelves, but for three days we were ok living out of the suitcases. Bathrooms were well sized with space to put things. Washing machine worked well. No curtains in the living area, so whoever sleeps there in the Summer will wake up early with the light. Overall it was a nice stay, and I will recommend it for couples or three people travelling together.
We were met and shown to our apartment as promised. Information including books, maps and good eating spots were really helpful. Complimentary bottle of Preseco an added bonus! The accommodation was suitable for our family of 4, however the couch looked cleaner than the pull out trundle underneath it. We only stayed 2 nights so hanging space / storage for clothes wasn't really an issue - but could be for longer stays. Washing machine and WI-FI worked great. We did not use the cooking facilities so cannot comment on their suitability. The air conditioner in the main bedroom leaked water needing a jug to catch it - so we turned it off and left a message - but received no response. I wouldn't recommend leaving the windows open at night due to mosquitos. Because 1 one of our daughters was sleeping on the sofa - we closed the blinds at night - these were difficult to open and close and have been damaged because of this - so we were worried they would come off / rip even more.
The location of the accommodation was fantastic - in between Rialto bridge, St Marks and close to a supermarket and many restaurants. There were lots of visitors to the monument outside - but we were not in our apartment enough for it to be an issue.
