Copper Junction is one of the best locations at Copper Mountain! This true ski-in/ski-out condo is just steps from the American Eagle and Flyer lifts. It is a corner unit, and boasts expansive views of the ski mountain to the north and sunset vistas to the west.
This condo has a full kitchen, mountain view and it sleeps 8 people! A fraction of the cost of 2 hotel rooms and you have a kitchen, so you'll save on meals too!
Enjoy the freshly remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, tile flooring, and open kitchen/dining area. We added a huge flat screen TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, and new furniture. You can sleep 8 people comfortably in this condo, for a set nightly rate. Two in the master bedroom, four in the second bedroom and two in the sofa bed.
But, please note that if you're looking for luxury or premium accommodations, Copper Junction is not the condo for you. The building was built in 1973 and has not changed much since. But, if you're looking for a convenient and roomy home for your fully-charged ski vacation, you'll love this unit. Most of our guests love the condo and its location - we have many repeat customers. But those of you who are happiest in upscale, luxury accommodations, then please check out the Cirque or the Cache!
Compare this 1057 square foot condo with other 2-bedroom condos and you'll see that you get lots more space for your money. The bedrooms are bigger than most of the newer condo bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. For extra convenience, there is a third bathroom in the hallway. In the master bedroom there is a king bed and a glass-enclosed balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and there is a sleeper-sofa in the living room.
Our condo offers a fully-equipped kitchen and two patio/balconies with amazing views of the ski mountain and Copper's Burning Stones Plaza in the center village. It's a great location for all seasons, with easy access to the slopes in the winter. The rest of the year, from the comfort of the balcony, enjoy Sunsation, Copper Country, Yarmony Fest and all the impressive live music lineups.
Copper Junction was built in 1973, so it has the large floorplan. And it's been partially remodeled, so it offers the best of both worlds - lots of room and some updates. Don't forget that this location can't be beat! The living and dining area is open, bright and spacious compared to many of the newer units at Copper. Modern updates include granite countertops, huge flat screen TV w/DVD player, TV's in each bedroom, new sofa-bed, kitchen table and chairs, new bedding, free wireless internet, a ski locker room on the ground level slopeside and a gas fireplace.
The resort shuttle stops are right in front of the Copper Junction building. These buses take you to all resort destinations. Take a quick 5 minute walk, or 1 minute shuttle ride to the athletic club where you'll find a heated pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, weight room and cardio machines.
Copper Mountain is located in the heart of Colorado ski country. Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone are all 20 minutes away. Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are just 25 minutes away. Beaver Creek and Ski Cooper are 30 minutes away. And Winter Park, Steamboat Springs and Monarch are only 90 minutes away.

Wonderful location that was everything we hoped for.
Perfect place at Copper to House our large group. All the sleeping arrangements were wonderful and the enclosed porches were awesome for watching the excitement of center village happenings. We will definitely book again!
Great location, large bedrooms and easy ski locker access
The unit has a kitchen equipped with most items needed. Of course brought several of our own cooking items (spices, seasonings, grater and foil casserole pans) because we planned to cook every evening and most places do not stock those things nor do we expect it. We were glad we did as the items came in useful and the unit did not have those items. The kitchen was equipped with a crockpot, wok, blender, toast and coffee pot among plenty of dishes and silverware with standard utensils. The bedrooms were a great size and the three bathrooms was a bonus and much appreciated. The enclosed deck was great for watching evening events and the fresh air was nice on the warm afternoons. Sadly, right after we arrived, the elevator broke and while we were thankful it was operational during the unloading of a full family, luggage with extra ski clothes and groceries for almost a week; the loading the car back up to leave at checkout was not fun with stairs. We certainly didn’t mind the stairs for daily use, just not the hauling of everything. The unit was super comfortable and the master bedroom was a dream to sleep in with the fan at night (great bonus)! The other double queen bedroom was great with only one complaint, the blinds allowed a good bit of light in from outside. While a curtain was hung up, the curtain was see through. All in all, great location and great place, just a few quirks that could easily be fixed. For this, we gave it a 4/5 stars.
Great location but for the price this place needs some updating.
The location is fantastic and the skiing at Copper Mountain is amazing. But, if I’m paying over $400 a night, I expect to have a few updated amenities . This place needs new linens and pillows. I felt like I was sleeping in my grandma’s bed. The carpet need to be replaced as well.
Great location but you pay for it
This would be a 4 star if it were available at a lower price.
Am Eagle lift is right out the door. This lift serves intermediate terrain. Really like the four seasons porch which looks over center village. Comfortable and clean unit. Two ski lockers, both very convenient. Kitchen is small and a bit under-equipped (needs better pots, skillets, knives, etc — no wine glasses).
I thought providing bottles of moisture lotion was a nice touching
The condo was more than adequate and for skiing the location was great. We could ski right up to the ski locker assigned to our condo. Would definitely stay there again
It was my first time up in the mountians and I was advised by my family to get lodging close to the lifts, and I’m so glad I did. As a beginner it takes a lot of energy to go down the mountain so the last thing I want to do is lug around a snowboard at the end of the day. It was also convenient to be able to stop back in the condo for lunch and not have to wait in line or pay at the restaurants.
A couple things that I’m disappointed about, but it was not fault by the condo. We had to cut our trip short due to a storm that came in, so it was a bummer to have spent so much money and only been able to spend one night there. While parked in the parking lot someone backed into our rental car and left a dent. When I contacted the condo they were quick to respond, but unfortunately they do not have a video camera within the parking lots, so we weren’t able to catch the culprit.
Overall, I would stay here again if I had the chance.
