Dream com true
This villa surpassed all our expectations, it was a great size for 4 of us including 2 children. The outdoor areas were wonderful and welcoming. Alexandra was kind and very welcoming and informative.
Great villa in a beautiful town
The home we stayed in was beautiful! We had access to a pool and stayed in a historic town which gave us a perfect non-touristy environment. Alexandra was extremely kind and gave us great recommendations all over the island. Would recommend!
We really enjoyed staying at our apartment which had a secluded front garden. The surroundings were quiet and there was access to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The pool was nicely layed out great for lounging around! Emporio itself has some interesting architecture and there is some great hiking nearby. We were so well looked after, Alexandra was super attentive to anything we needed. She provided a fantastic guide for seeing the sights. Thank you for a very wonderful week.
Beautifully quiet amazing location
The Vila was lovely in a quiet area over looking the mountain
Loved staying here!!!
Alexandria was an amazing host!! She arranged transportation for us, had great recommendations for dinner (which were amazing), and made us feel at home! Loved the villa, but just wished it was a little bit warmer so we could on enjoyed the pool! Overall great experience and would recommend this villa to anyone staying in Santorini!! ❤️
Great out of the way get away on Santorini
Overall a great stay here at Mantilda Villa. Just be warned this is a small town with small streets so if you are faint of heart driving the alleyway getting to the property is very small - really a sedan would be tight in there. The property itself was spectacularly clean and Alexandra was very helpful. Air conditioner didn't work and since there is no windows in this cave apartment you even need it in the winter for air circulation. Other than that it was great. In the summer the pool would be awesome. There is a little restaurant at the end of the street that roasts meats....seriously one of the best meals we ate in Greece. You are driving to everywhere and you are only a few miles from everything but be warned - slow moving traffic so especially in the summer it will take you time to get to places
A small village overlooking the waters of Perissa and Perivolos. Here you will find testimonies of the days of glory, when Emporio used to be the economic heart of Santorini: the old imposing Goulas Castle, Kasteli with Old Panagia, the windmills on the Gavrilos hill, Agios Nikolaos Marmaritis with the Greek marbles, the Anchient Ehentra.
One of the attractions of the village is Goulas tower, a 15th century tower built from the monks of the monastery of Patmos island.
Every single corner, yard, house embraces the innocence of beauty. Donkeys and churches create picturable memories
Only 3 minutes on foot from the central square of Emporio village which offers supermarkets, bakery, grocery restaurants, pharmacy, bus station, ATM etc. You can also get there by car and you will have a private garage.
The villa is 2km away from the famous black beaches Perissa and Perivolos, where you can enjoy swimming at the sea, water sports, diving center, water park and many nice restaurants, coffee shops and beach bars.
There is a mountain path for hiking up to Prophet Elias monastery and the ruins of ancient Thira.
The property is very close to the main archaeological site of the island in Akrotiri.
It is located in a peaceful and traditional neighborhood ideal for those who seek peace of mind and privacy.
