What is fantastic about this property is it's proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants of the main Javea "Arenal" beach. The prestigious Golden Garden Urbanisation is tucked away from the main strip so the surroundings are peaceful and tranquil but a stones throw to everywhere.

Great Apartment in great location and secure complex
Great apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Location was excellent, just a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket etc all you need on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be looking to book again.
Luxurious, comfortable and close to El Arenal
This is a lovely, stylish and well equipped split level apartment within a quiet residential block.
All the furniture and decoration is very comfortable and quite designer-led. I was sick for part of the brief holiday and I really appreciated staying in a properly heated flat as so many are freezing in the colder months.
El Arenal has a great beach and huge choice of restaurants from small high end ones to cheaper pizza and pasta options.
We love Javea and go regularly and would recommend this apartment especially for larger families as it is really spacious.
A super flat in an excellent position
This property had everything required I cannnot fault it ideally positioned, lovely grounds 3 bathrooms and 3 terraces
Problems with criminality
Good and fully equipped apartments. The community has a nice area and a clean pool.
But, unfortunately, this community was unsafe for us.
While we were on the beach, the laptop, ipad, phone, money, jewellery, documents and even shoes and clothes were stolen from our apartment.
And it happened despite the fact that the entrance to the community is only possible with a key, the entrance to the entryway is also possible with another key and that our apartments' door was locked.
The next day the neighbours reported that this has already happened in the past year. Owners of the apartments should have warned guests about this, install a safe and alarm system, also it is possible to install a video surveillance system on site and in the entrances.
The police did not take any measures on this incident despite the submitted claim.
The experience that these clients had whilst staying at Golden Gardens was obviously very sad and unfortunate for them but it is an extremely rare occurrence in Javea and in Golden Gardens itself which is generally a very safe and secure complex. The points I must make with regard to this very one sided review is that firstly the clients DID NOT lock the apartment door. When they left the apartment they just pulled the door shut so it closed, but they did not use the key to double lock it. It is difficult to monitor the pedestrian traffic coming through the complex and the block doors as there are a high volume of tourists staying in July and August and people tend to hold the doors open for each other. However, this apartment door has a double locking security system and, had it been locked properly, even if someone had managed to enter the block, there is absolutely no way that anybody could have gained access to the apartment. I did think that it would be common sense to lock the door, especially with their valuables inside but I have now put a sign on the inside of the door advising travellers to ensure they do this each time they leave. I have also advised the administration for Golden Gardens to email owners advising them and their clients not to hold the doors of the complex or the blocks open for clients who do not appear to have keys. The second point I would like to make is that I went totally out of my way to help this client following this incident, attending the police station with him and helping him file a report at my own time and expense. The police advised that due to the high volume of occupants passing through the complex and block doors it would be pointless taking fingerprints so there was not much more they could do however, had the traveller had holiday insurance he would have been able to claim for the items that were stolen. Unfortunately he did not.

Great apartment. Very modern. All utensils, cups, plates etc etc. much better than the usual!
Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its 20 km of unspoiled beauty, excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches and hidden coves. Javea itself is split into three main areas. Javea Port within walking distance is a traditional fishing port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Arenal which is a 5 minute stroll offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampolines and go-karts. The traditional historic old town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish town relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience, many traditional 'Tapas Bars' and a weekly Market. Fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the summer months.
Nearby areas of interest & tourist attractions: Javea is less than one hours drive by car from Benidorm, which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia' a themed swimming park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby towns include Moraira, with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock', jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Gata de Gorgos with its traditional Basket Ware and gift shops.
For the golf enthusiast: The apartment is ideally situated for those guests who enjoy a relaxing round of Golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach Moraira again with 9 holes. Further away there is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 Holes.
