It is situated in a courtyard style village of 27 homes. Our home is a 4* Failte Ireland approved family holiday home sleeping up to 5 people. It features one double room (ensuite), one twin room and one single room. It has a spacious kitchen/dining area. It is fully equipped with washer-dryer, microwave, dishwasher and 42 \" flat screen tv & dvd. We provide all linens and towels.We can also provide cot and highchair if needed. FREE WIFI.

Nice location, good space and gracious host!
The warm welcome from our host was so thoughtful. The apt. was very clean and had good space if you wanted to relax or cook there. Very easy access to the National Park and a short drive into town. A nice informational book was supplied and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were a little too firm for our taste but that is a personal preference. Thanks Anne Marie for a comfortable stay!!
BEST LOCATION TO SEE KILLARNEY, SHORT WALK TO THE NATIONAL PARK
THE HOME IS CENTRALLY LOCATED TO THE NAT PARK AND WAS MORE CONVENIENT THAN STAYING INSIDE THE CITY. THE OAKS HOTEL IS NEXT TO THE PROPERTY AND PROVIDED A QUICK PLACE TO GET A DRINK OR SOME FOOD. GETTING USED TO THE APPLIANCES WAS THE ONLY DIFFICULTY AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN IN ANY PLACE WE STAYED SINCE WE ARE FROM THE USA. THIS IS A GREAT THREE BEDROOM CONDO TO RENT AND WE HOPE TO DO IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR OR AT LEAST THE NEXT TIME WE RETURN TO THE KILLARNEY AREA. THE OWNERS ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND LEFT EXTRA ITEMS IN THE HOME FOR OUR CONVENIENCE. I WISH WE HAD TIME TO MEET THEM WHILE WE WERE THERE BUT IT DID NOT HAPPEN DUE TO OUR SCHEDULE. GREAT PLACE AND GREAT OWNERS.

My mother, sister, and I stayed in Ann-Marie’s rental for 6 nights. It was an excellent base for our exploration of County Kerry. The home is well kept, nicely equipped in the kitchen, and very comfortable. The treats left by our hostess were much enjoyed! Plenty of space for a family or a group of friends. Beautiful views of field and mountains from the property. Highly recommended!

Nice house with great management
Lovely corner condo. Very clean and bright. You probably need a car or a bike if you are going to enjoy the area. Management was very helpful.

an excellent stay
Absolutely recommend this property. It is clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked as it should. Parking was never a problem, nor was noise ( we worried about that, but never heard our neighbors.) We were especially appreciative of the extra touches - recommendations on where to dine and activities, how to use the TV and the heaters, a gift basket of snacks, etc. Also - unlike some rental properties - there were adequate towels, pots, pans, etc. for cooking, and even small things like paper towels and toilet paper, so you din't have to make an emergency run out to Spar. I especially liked the fact that the heat was actually already set up for the season in which we visited (late September). It was always comfortable, never too hot. It is a bit of a walk into town, especially after walking all day, but we found that after hours, it was easy to find a parking spot at one of the downtown parking lots, so that wasn't an issue. If you intend to cook meals in, the Tesco at Deerpark Road is much larger/better selection than the one downtown. There is also a Spar a few hundred meters from the property for gas and quick needs.
Lovely rental in a great location
Anne Marie and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating. The rental was lovely and had everything we could possibly need plus a nice welcome basket with goodies to get us started. The location was great, right across from Killarney National Park with its historical sights and scenic beauty. A bike rental is a short walk away as is a Spar store for groceries. The adjacent hotel has a nice restaurant and bar. Downtown Killarney is a short drive or a pleasant 20 minute walk. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Killarney Holiday Home.
We manage our own holiday home which is directly across the road from the famous Lakes of Killarney and National park, internationally renowned for its scenic beauty.
Only 1.5 mile approx from the town centre and next door to the INEC our guests can enjoy access to the Aqulia Club which has a 25 mm swimming pool. This is available at a reduced rate to our guests. Horse riding, bike hire and hill walking are all within walking distance.
