A very open floor plan the main floor features a beautiful living room, with a white leather wrap around sofa ( Italian) that could easily sleep one very tall young person, two streamlined suede reclining chairs, and bronze leather cubes for additional seating. The living room is very comfortable for 6-8 people, and extends out in good weather to a patio that seats an additional 6, 1 story above the street, so it's very private. The glass square dining room table seats 4, and 3 bar stools ( all white leather) seat an additional 3. The dishware and serving pieces are fabulous and you have your choice of color schemes to serve on.
There is a small built in desk in the kitchen with an I mac computer and printer. The master bedroom is up a floating glass staircase, and shares this floor with his bath, her bath and a loft office, and another white leather sofa. Glass tiles, Swarovski crystal drawer handles, fine art provide a space you can revel in. The open floor plan of the main floor makes the best of your relaxation time. Wonderful and special artwork surrounds you. A fabulous kitchen, with truly state of the art appliances, a small wet bar, cabinetry , imported from Canada, that is a work of art makes cooking a delight. Serving will be as much fun when you experience the fabulous table top items stored for your delight. A half bath, with a futuristic pedestal sink exposed brick wall and still more fabulous art make a quick break fun. Whirlpool state of the art washer & dryer are that your service. The lower level offers another sitting area with a 50 ' flat screen, two massage chairs to work any kinks, and a full bath with deep whirlpool tub, more glass tiles, and a king bed & a queen sleeper, as well as a futon. We call this area the man cave.
In the spring, enjoy a beautiful garden with over 1,000 bulbs in bloom.
Either park in the garage or on the street, using hard to obtain, cherry creek parking passes. This is not the best bargain in Denver, or perhaps it is, for the discerning.
Security is provided by exterior and one interior mounted camera and a Xfinity alarm system that , which I find comforting to sleep with, plus I use it when out for the day, because in . Denver, day time robberies are the most common. As safe as Denver is when compared to other large cities, crime is on the upswing.

We truly hope you enjoy this home as much as we do. We have downsized from homes 3 times as big, but with our wonderful remodel, and our artwork, as well as this special neighborhood, We feel we have far more than we really will ever need. Your renting it allows us to spend time in Breckenridge where my business is, and get out and see the parts of the world have not yet seen.

We love to walk the streets with our dogs, just to pass the many beautiful homes year round, and we feel safe day or night. I am not sure how Cherry Creek North does it, but this is a special part of the world, that remains very safe. In spring, summer and fall the gardens are so beautiful, with each corner being landscaped individually. You’ll see lots other folks walking with or without dogs.
Our first house was close by in the Polo grounds, but it was just far enough that you usually had to drive. Our second Denver home was in Washington Park, a funky area of small homes near a great and lively park, but again, except to walk the dogs or exercise, we had to use the car. Cherry Creek is where I always wanted to be but could never really afford it before.

We stayed here last November for a long weekend because we had stayed here the year before for Christmas. Both times it was wonderful! It is located in a beautiful part of Denver that is close to restaurants and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing. We had a fantastic stay both times and can't wait until we can return! The kitchen is well equipped and it was easy to prepare our holiday meal!
My family (4 adults) stayed in this fabulous condo for a long weekend this spring. It was exactly what we were hoping for: separate living quarters for each couple, tons of living space, fabulous and fully equipped kitchen, very clean/organized, and in a safe and convenient location. We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip to Denver!!
We stayed in this duplex for approximately 6 weeks in Jan/Feb of 2016 to be near family but didn't want to be underfoot for our family, thus we rented this lovely place. It was just the two of us with an occasional weekend family visitor. We walked everywhere! We could cook easily as the kitchen is well equipped; or walk to several wonderful restaurants; we could work out at the beautiful spa/gym that was nearby (Pura Vida); shop at all the local shops and the mall, get coffee at one of several coffee shops, or relax on the deck of this duplex. There was plenty of room for us, the weather was wonderful (yes it was January, but the weather was great!), and the Broncos won the Super Bowl! What more could we ask for???? (Smile!). It was a perfect solution for us to be near family for a longer time. We enjoyed this duplex very much. We found the owners to be very kind and nice to work with. No complaints on anything what so ever! For us it was perfect!
My wife and I stayed in this lovely home for six weeks this spring. We liked everything about it. It's bright and colorful. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Cherry Creek is a beautiful neighborhood, and we loved being able to walk every evening to any of dozens of great restaurants. And the owner is a delight; she made everything smooth and easy. This is a great place that surely will work well for travelers and visitors of all sorts.
We rented this condo to spend a long weekend in Denver with our kids. The place is absolutely wonderful in everyway! There is plenty of room to hang out, we walked to restaurants and shops in Cherry Creek everyday. We are runners and brought our dogs so running to Wash Park was a bonus! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the beds are super comfy, the bathrooms are great-two jacuzzi tubs;) I highly recommend this instead of the J W Marriott which is the only hotel close and cost the same for just one room! Rent this home and you won't want to leave! The owner is also very gracious and easy to work with.
