About this property

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with access to beautiful grounds. Great place for fishing. Private access to Waiteti trout fishing stream, and only 100 metres to Lake Rotorua.
No sulphur smells. Access to a shared boat jetty. The spa pool is available for our guests use.

The apartment has gas hot water, heat pump/AC and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a large TV that hangs on the wall, with Sky TV connected. Laundry facilities are available.

Owners live on site with their own entry. We are happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Close to all the famous Rotorua attractions such as Agrodome, Ogo/Zorb, Mitai Maori
Cultural Experience, Skyline (Luge), Te Puia, Whakarewarewa and more.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked and bedrooms were comfortable. Our host, Pani was so helpful and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying at this property.

First time in New Zealand

Pani was great to communicate with and answered all of our questions. The property had a nice little stream behind it with a friendly black swan that visited. The area is quiet and close to many things to do and see.

Delightful stay in a perfect setting

The hosts of this home were so very warm and welcoming; my husband and I felt totally at home instantly! Pani was a wealth of information; she regaled us with interesting facts and provided lots of information about many regions of the New Zealand islands. The property itself is in a quiet and secluded forest, yet close to everything. Can't say enough good about our outstanding experience!
