Cozy Cabin is a hidden gem situated in a woodsy neighborhood steps to the National Forest and trails! Perfect for small families and friends who wish to escape the city and enjoy a mountain getaway. Walking distance to Erwin Lake Park. Located just a short drive to all Big Bear activities including the lake, The Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, and more!
LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 baths. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Living Room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps, along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Enjoy a spacious fenced yard with a gas barbecue perfect for family dinners.
