This is truly one of the most beautiful spots in Canmore. Ideal for a family as this home backs on a massive park fully equipped with playground, soccer field and toboggan hill, hiking and biking trail access.

This home is a large 3 bedroom 1900 sq ft. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite soaker tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large closet area. The third bedroom has a double bunk with single on top and a pull out single trundle, comfortably sleeps 4. A full bathroom also on the upstairs level.

The living room is large and comfortable with a gas fireplace, large flat screen Television and DVD player. There is access to the patio and a 6 man hot tub off the living room and fire pit in back yard.

Large full kitchen and separate dining room .A half bath on the main floor with stack front load washer and dryer. Large entrance with lots of storage space. A very prestigious area with a 4 min walk to a 5 star Bar and Grill, convenience store and liquor store.

Lots of room

We met for a small family reunion to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. The house was beautiful and spacious for all 10 of us. The view from the back deck / hot tub was breathtaking. We will return!

National park visit!

The home has been so lovely! We have so enjoyed our 10 day stay. We hate to leave.

It has been so nice to come "home" each night after a long day of sight seeing. It is a very short drive to Banff and about an hour to lake Louise. We took two days and traveled the long journey to Jasper. If I had to do it all over again, I might look for something a bit more central if possible in planning to do Jasber. Aside from that it has been terrific.

The hottub has been so great each night. The kitchen is well equipped with most of the things you will need to cook. There is no coffee grinder though and the ice maker is having problems making ice. It also has been so wonderful having a washer and dryer. There were a few minor issues that need to be fixed, all of which the owner is aware of.
