Welcome to your bohemian paradise nestled in the treetops of desirable Kenilworth neighborhood! *Please note this is a 30 day rental. * This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is full of warmth and light. It boasts a large fenced-in backyard, 2 porches, a spacious living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, brick fireplace, comfortable beds and lots of good energy. The trees surrounding this home give it a remote, treehouse feel yet you are minutes away from downtown Asheville and Biltmore village.

This home is entirely yours, you have access to the front and back yards, porches and the entire interior of the home. Enjoy lounging in the cozy living room next to the brick fireplace or soak up golden hour on the back porch. There is a gas grill and 4 seat table on the porch for al fresco dining. The front yard is home to blueberry bushes and a fig tree. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. The back bathroom hosts a new washer and dryer. Please note the back bathroom is located off of the kitchen and has a small shower. If you prefer a tub, enjoy a soak in the hallway bathroom surrounded by candlelight. For contactless food delivery try Takeout Central or for nearby dine-in restaurants try The Red Stag, Corner Kitchen or Standard Pizza Co in Biltmore village. Also within walking distance are. Green Man Brewery, the Rhu bakery, and High Climate Tea. Mission hospital is a 10 minute walk. This is a monthly rental, we provide breakfast goodies, local coffee and household supplies for the first few days of your stay. The home is 1,268 sq ft.

Kenilworth is a lovely, quiet neighborhood located in between Biltmore Avenue and Tunnel Road. You can walk down to Biltmore village in 10 minutes, south slope in 15 and downtown Asheville in 30. Drive anywhere in central Asheville in 5-10 minutes. Quickly get on 240 via Tunnel Road. This forested neighborhood is known to have bears, foxes, and wild turkeys roaming through backyards and across roads. Wake up to birdsong and rustling leaves. This peaceful neighborhood is the perfect place for visitors looking for a peaceful escape while being close to everything.

Easily walk to tons of Asheville’s favorite places. There are 3 parking spots at the house for your use. If you drive to the downtown area, plan to pay for parking before 6pm on weekdays. There is the ART bus line that stops on biltmore Avenue and within Kenilworth neighborhood. You can walk to a stop in about 5 minutes.

Charming boho convenient to everything

Nice well-equipped cottage on a quiet street in a wonderful neighborhood. If you want to experience living in Asheville, this is the place. It is convenient to everything - shopping, scenery, recreation, etc. The wooded neighborhood is as charming and eclectic as is the house. We found it great for walking about and meeting many friendly neighbors. The property mangers are very friendly and responsive. We renewed our stay a few times so we ran into a few typical house problems (it is an older property). Everything was taken care of promptly. The best endorsement we could give this place is that after a while we thought of it as home.

Such a lovely stay!

My partner and I were here for a month working from home and exploring Asheville. We had a few friends and family on weekends. The house is cute & comfy & well stocked, albeit with a few quirks (nothing significant), and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful! Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Ideal spot for a local welcoming Asheville stay

This home is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing stay in Asheville while trying to enjoy all that the area has to offer. I can't speak more highly of the peace and serenity in the neighborhood. Think neighbors who wave while walking by and welcome you to the area. For those with kids there are TONS of playgrounds in the area to keep them busy. If you prefer updated homes with all new appliances this will not be the home for you however, I liked the feel of the home as it reminded me of homes in Portland and all the utilities and appliances worked perfectly. There is plenty of space to store your clothes adn I loved having the third bedroom which I used as my office. You are less than a 10 minute drive from downtown and even closer to Biltmore villiage. The touches of the decor in this house is perfect for those who love a boho hippie and peaceful vibe. To sum up my visit, I would stay at this home EVERY time I visit Asheville. It was beautiful and helped refreshed my soul. The owners were amazing with communication and had a solution for any small issue I might have had including sending new shower curtain liners overnight.

Charming Home in Great Neighborhood

We had such a nice stay in this conveniently located home in Kenilworth. Everyone was very friendly and it felt like we were part of the community. The management was very responsive to text messages and pleasant to work with.
