About this property

NEW OWNERS. You will love our newly renovated 1 bedroom corner unit condo, situated on the first floor of the Golf Villas cluster directly adjacent to the 8th green. It is a 5 min walk to the Inn Restaurant and Tiki Bar and only 500 ft to the ocean! The interior is clean, comfortable and spacious, including a King sized bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, flat screen TVs and a newly constructed all tile shower. Relax as you vacation in this comfortable home away from home! Cable and Wifi included along with all of the amenities here at Ocean Village. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Ocean Village Activities: 9-hole golf course, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce, basketball, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, daily yoga classes, water aerobics and more!!

COVID 19 Note: Our cleaning woman is an ex-nurse and uses a hospital grade disinfectant to sanitize all high-touch surfaces before and after each rental. Since the start of the outbreak there has been one reported case within the community, who has since been treated. There have been no reported cases in July or August.

We had the best time EVER!! John was so accommodating and the condo was absolutely beautiful and clean! The condo had all the things you need to feel like home! Thank you John for everything and we hope to be back soon!!

Nice condo

First floor was nice and able to park just a few steps from door. Centrally located to beach and pools. Condo pictures were accurate and it had everything we needed. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Enjoyed our time at this condo.
