We recently purchased this property, because of the location and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park that is being built near Coligny Plaza. The previous owners completely remodeled this unit and had excellent reviews from their past guests. We will be using the same cleaning company and will strive to have the same track record. What makes this Condo unique
This resort has fewer units than most neighboring resorts and this is important to us, because we prefer less crowds. This is also important for those who are still looking to go on vacation during the current pandemic we are facing.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
