Single story, 2100 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, plus den with open floor plan. Home is located in Sunridge Estates. Located 1-2 miles to river and casinos. Built in 2006.

The front entrance to home is through a secured front courtyard. Nicely furnished with tile floors throughout except bedrooms, great room & den. Two central air/heat units and ceiling fans in great room, den, and bedrooms.

Backyard features covered patio and rooftop sundeck/patio with casino/mountain views and great sunset views.

Kitchen is fully equipped and includes refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Entering the home from the garage, you will find an inside laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, and separate work/office area.

Kitchen area has a counter height table set with 2 bar stools; Kitchen island has 3 bar stools. Pool table in open dining area.

Great room has large sectional sofa which can be configured to a full-size bed; entertainment center with 50" TV, DVD, and fireplace.

Den has large sectional sofa with full-size pull out bed and 40" TV.

The master bedroom has a king bed. Master bath has a double vanity, and a separate area with a large double shower and toilet. A separate, large walk-in closet is next to the vanity area.

Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.

Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.

Both share a 'jack and jill' bathroom with a double vanity and separate shower/tub/toilet area. The bathroom can be locked off to allow for one bedroom with a private bathroom.

There is also a half bathroom in the hall area.

Cancellation policy: No refund if canceled within 60 days.

3 car garage.

Utilities included: ALL utilities including Direct TV, home phone/long distance, and wireless internet.

WINTER RENTAL: OCTOBER 1 thru APRIL 30 @ $1900 per month including all utilities and wireless internet.

SUMMER RENTAL: 3 Night Minimum. MAY 1 thru SEPTEMBER 30 @ $275 nightly, $1700 weekly, $3500 monthly.

We are a retired military family from Orange County and Monterey, California.

Why Owner chose Bullhead City

We built our home in 2006. After touring the model home, we knew this was the perfect, open floor plan for our family getaways. 10+ years later, I open the door and still say...I love this house😊.

Our home is truly a home and not a party house.

From the front courtyard entry to the spacious open floor plan to the backyard patio to the upper viewing deck, you will thoroughly enjoy the amenities of our home.

This area is perfect for our family. We love boating, fishing, golfing, and playing the slots. If we plan it right, we can listen to a great musician playing in Laughlin. There's a little something special for everyone to do in the Bullhead City/Laughlin area.

We enjoy our getaways to Bullhead City and hope that you will relax and enjoy your stay at our home.

What makes this house unique

Enjoy sunsets, casino lights, and July 4 fireworks from the rooftop deck.

Horrible smell throughout the house

The house was beautiful and the living space was very comfortable , unfortunately during our complete stay there was a horrible smell throughout the whole house . We contacted Sheila the local person to come check it out on Saturday evening and she said she didn't smell anything when she was there on Friday, which is really weird because it was so strong when we arrive Friday night! The smell was extremely strong in the pantry , but she pretty much brushed it off by saying that she did smell something but wasn't sure what it was . We had 6 adults and 2 children staying at the property , two which left on Sunday because the smell was so strong that it gave them headaches . We paid a substantial amount per night to stay in the home. We made the best of it . We also never heard back from Sheila after that day . I contacted Cassandra on Tuesday and asked if Sheila reached out to her about the issue. She told me yes and that she was on her way to the house and I told her we really would like to know what it was , We thought for sure it was a dead animal in the attic , it was that strong of a smell. Never heard from anyone again .I emailed Cassandra and she did call me and tell me that she didn't smell anything when she arrived other than the trash smell in the garage . Which is funny because the garage is the only area that didn't smell horrible. It was something getting pushed thru the vent throughout the whole house. What really bugged me was that Cassandra nor Sheila followed up with us during the stay even after she knew there was an issue. I reached out to Cassandra a week after and her response was

"As I mentioned in our conversation today, I had a Pest Control company inspect the property and they had no findings of a smell or odor or anything out of the ordinary. The only smell they found was the smell of trash in the garage.

When you initially called, our local contact Sheila responded immediately and came to the house. She indicated a smell of meat cooking only and could no smell any other odor. Since the issue was on a weekend, I scheduled an inspection for the following week."

Nice home but because no one could figure out what the smell was , I will not give it another chance . We stayed 4 nights and came home with our suitcases full of smelly clothes , that is how strong the smell was .

Owner's Response: We have opened our home to guests since 2008 with absolutely no complaints or problems. We have repeat guests some of which have stayed 8 times and have repeat annual winter booking for 3 months each year for the past 6 years. In response to guest, Patty A., who complained about a horrible smell during her stay from July 28-Aug 1, 2017... We were concerned about the guests issues. We responded immediately and our local contact was at the house inspecting within 10-15 minutes. Upon inspection, no foul odor was detected. To further research our guests complaint, we also hired a professional company to thoroughly inspect our property. Their findings indicated no smell or odor and stated that the only odor was from trash cans in the garage. The house was inspected at noon on the day of arrival, July 28, 2017, and no smell or odor was detected. Our property is always inspected on the day of arrival to ensure that it meets standards of cleanliness we have set as owners. The review left by our recent guests in August 2017, just a few days later, speaks for the condition of our home.
