Our beautiful four bedroom townhouse is less than 200 yards from: Whistler & Blackcomb's high speed lifts, cross-country skiing, Kids Kamp, shopping, and village dining amenities. You will not need a vehicle in this quiet location! Please note: We have a four night minimum booking.

The Non-Smoking townhouse has its own separate ground floor entrance and has been tastefully decorated featuring heated Mexican tile floors on the main floor and is freshly painted throughout. The carpets were replaced in January, 2016. There is original artwork throughout. The living room has a new leather sofa, flat screen HD television, a stereo with iPod connection. There is also high speed secure wireless internet.

The kitchen has custom cabinetry with matching ceramic tiles. Fully-equipped, including a new dishwasher,new stove and new fridge with an icemaker. The dishes, glassware and cutlery are matching. A microwave, and toaster oven along with all cooking utensils are provided. There is a complete selection of condiments, herbs, and spices. The dining room seats eight at a beautiful, one of a kind table. The three-piece, custom-tiled bathroom also has a shower.

The second floor offers three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, one has a TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has bunkbeds. All of the bedding is new as of December, 2017. The Jacuzzi jetted tub is on this level as well as a full bathroom. Laundry facilities are also on this level. The third floor has a new double bed and a double futon. There is also a TV, DVD Player and a Nintendo as well. This is a great area for the kids to veg!

About The Owner

I have been skiing at Whistler since 1971 and have been an owner since that time as well. We skied Whistler in the old days, so really appreciate the amenities that the two mountains offer. Both of our kids went through kids kamp and raced for the Blackcomb Ski Club. This is our third property at Whistler, and is unquestionably the best location in the entire valley.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 1993

Why The Owner chose Upper Village

The location of this property sold us so we bought it in 1993. We rented here for several years before buying and realized that there is no better location in the entire valley. Our unit in particular is very attractive as it is at the end of the building and very private. We do not have any neighbours. It was completely renovated several years later, and again in 2015.

What makes this townhome unique

We are minutes from three high speed chairs to both mountains as well as the cross country trails. Although the property is very quiet, we can hear Fitzimmons Creek which is 50 yards away. However, it is less than five minutes to the middle of the town centre

Location great & floor plan was very functional

We had two cars, parking worked, we have adults and teenagers so the floor plan had nice separation for our group, and location was all within walking distance, we did not touch our drive all week.

Gondola to both mountains is a 10 minute walk.

Property Clean - Host is professional, communicates, and great follow through. We will consider this property for the summer and again in the winter next year. Thank You!!!!

Best trip to Whistler yet!

My family and I make Whistler an annual destination over the holiday season and were thrilled we came across this condo! You simply could not ask for a better location! This condo is as close as you can get to the lovely Whistler village, which is no more than a 100 steps from your front door. The village offers every single amenity you could ask for, from shops, stores, fine dining, night life, you name it! The best part is even though you're so close to the village this condo still gives you the feeling of being nestled deep in the forest! This is thanks to the private location amongst some tall cedars and the fact the creek is outside your front door. Most importantly the main lifts onto Whistler and Blackcomb are steps away, so you can get ready in the warmth of your condo and be on the chairlift in minutes!

The condo itself is well furnished and appointed. I really like how it's laid out over 3 floors, which gives a little separation which is well needed while on vacation. The kids can hang out on the third floor loft watching TV or playing video games, and we can hang out on the main floor enjoying a glass of wine (BC has some AMAZING wines)! The bedrooms are cozy and beds extremely comfortable – hotel like! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, just like home! Best part is the grocery store is just a short walk away! Condo has cable, wifi, flat screen TV's, you name it!

This condo has quickly become our home away from home while in Whistler. The owners are great and super easy to communicate with – and they always provide a little gift upon arrival which is a nice touch!

Can't wait until our next trip, already counting down the days!

Great townhouse in an excellent location

Stayed here with my family of 5 for a few days before Christmas. This cabin really is in an unbeatable location, steps from both the Whistler and Blackomb bases, yet tucked away around the corner where it's a bit more quiet. Really easy access walking access to the lifts, and some great walking trails right out your front door too.

It has a great main floor living room with wrap around couch and open kitchen, plus a dining room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and loft, probably would sleeps 8-10 comfortably.

Highly recommended, will definitely book here again.

Downhill and cross country skiing is 100 yards away, with five minute access to the three high speed chair lifts to both mountains as well as the cross country ski trail. There are three golf courses within walking distance. Tennis is available all year with both indoor and outdoor courts. This is the best location at Whistler Blackcomb.
