Wisconsin Dells is a beautiful 45-minute drive with multiple sightseeing excursions and state parks along the way. Roche-A-Cri State Park is a 25-acre parcel for hiking and trail walking including an overlook with spectacular fall color views. Adams County Lake Petenwell Park is the 2nd largest body of water in Wisconsin with many restaurants and beaches to enjoy. The town of Rome is a rapidly growing community that has plenty to do: miles and miles of ATV and snowmobile trails, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, Papa bears miniature golf, splash pad, boating, skiing, hunting, etc. Kwik Trip gas station is 3 minutes away and has many of your last minutes needs from groceries to fishing bait. After an adventurous day on the water, come back to relax and cozy up to the indoor fireplace or enjoy the water views by the outdoor fire pit. Throw a line in right off the dock, fishing poles as well as other lawn and yard games available for your use. Campfire chairs and lounge chairs are provided. The covered lower-level patio includes an outside grill leading to a finished walk-out basement with a wet bar, fridge/ freezer ice maker. Inside board games are provided as well as a Golden Golf Tee game and a perfect pub table for card games. A couch with a large seating area is located on the lower level with an option for another guest to sleep. Bedroom #3 is located on the lower level with a queen bed and a twin XL as well as a full bathroom with shower tub combo. All of the beds are brand new, very comfortable memory foam mattresses. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, air fryer, crock-pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, mixing bowls, electric oven/ stove top range, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer, microwave. The kitchen breakfast bar has seating for 5 guests. Additional outdoor seating arrangements include a main floor 6-person dining table on the patio overlooking the lake. The main floor also has a screened-in porch with comfortable couch seating, a perfect way to enjoy the lake, despite the weather. Bedroom #2 is located on the main floor including a queen bed and a twin XL with a closet. A Full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The master loft includes bedroom #3 with a king bed, a full bathroom, and 2-person vanity sink. Dresser located in the bedroom for personal storage. Blow-up mattresses, a pack-and-play, and extra bedding are available and fit comfortably In the master loft or living room spaces.
