This apartment in a prime location - right on Kurfürstendamm captivates by its interior design. The finest materials, high quality furniture and a full equipment that leaves nothing to be desired, offer the perfect ambience for your stay in Berlin. In the immediate vicinity you will find some "hotspots" of Berlin, such as the Memorial Church, the KaDeWe or Fasanenstrasse with many boutiques and galleries. Not far away is also the exhibition center ICC (ITB, Radio Exhibition, Green Week) - therefore our apartment is also very popular with trade fair guests.
THE KITCHEN has a stove with ceramic hob and extractor fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker which makes even the good Berlin cafes competition. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are also included.
THE LIVING (T) ROOM is very nicely cut and invites you to linger. A plasma TV, a sofa bed (150cm X 200cm) for other guests as well as a king-size double bed (180cm X 200cm) and wardrobe are at your disposal.
THE BATHROOM or rather the small spa area offers pure wellness. The luxurious shower with massage jets, hair dryer as well as the high-quality tiles offer feel-good atmosphere from the first moment!
Of course, the apartment is equipped with enough towels, bed linen and everything you need.
The apartment is designed for 2 people King-size double bed (180cm X 200cm). Due to the sofa bed (150cm X 200cm) but can sleep up to 4 people comfortably - no extra charge!

The Protestant Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church is another landmark of Berlin. The Berliner lovingly calls this building "Hohler Zahn" because the ruined old part of the church was today preserved as a museum. A relaxing change in the bustle of the Kurfürstendamm.

Berlin radio tower

The Lietzensee is an inner-city lake directly in Charlottenburg. And thus ideal for a visit, as their apartment is located in the same district. In summer, the lake with the adjacent parks invites for a walk and a picnic. When visiting, be sure to pay a visit to the "Great Cascade" at the south end. A great building from 1912 which is a listed building.
This interesting location can be seen from afar on the big Mercedes star on the roof. In the western courtyard is the "clock of the time left" with water features and colored water - which displays the time in an impressive way.
