Why Tony & Lizzy Russano chose Cape San Blas
We have been vacationing in the area for years, Cape San Blas being our favorite. There is something so special about the Cape: untouched beaches, beautiful nature & wild life, relaxing atmosphere, and of course, amazing seafood! It has been our dream to own a place on CSB, and in September of 2020, we were finally able to do it. There are some unique touches we have added since acquiring the house: dimmer switches on the first floor over-head light fixtures for a special ambiance, new and top quality linens, beach gear at the ready, and hand-crafted artwork throughout. Being beach house renters ourselves for many years, we took a few notes about what makes a memorable vacation and what we would do to improve the experience. We are excited to share our home and embark on this new journey!

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Do not over load small capacity washer and dryer. Do not put seafood, fish, or bones in garbage disposal.
Do not rough house or jump in hot tub. Do NOT add addition water to hot tub. Do not sit or stand on hot tub cover.
Do NOT under any circumstances remove XBOX or disconnect electronics. Do not move furniture to other rooms.
