These Grayfox Townhomes on Hillside Dr. have been professionally designed and fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture, bedding, and amenities for your vacation enjoyment. It is equipped with luxury features as found in multi-million dollar custom homes or Five-Star hotels.

LOCATION - LOCATION- LOCATION - across from the Westin Monache Hotel , only a 3 minute walk to Mammoth Village and the gondola, ski rentals, ticket office, shops, restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, and activities... yet in a very private cul-de-sac setting away form the noise and congestion of the village.

Two large attached 2-car garages accommodate four vehicles and each includes a separate heated ski/boot room for storing all your skis, snowboards, hiking, fishing, golfing and mountain bike gear. Two private outdoor spas on the decks of each unit and another BBQ deck in both. Combined there are six large suites and six full baths with custom granite, tile and stone. Four large Kingsized Master Suites upstairs with full baths are furnished with luxurious Pillowtop mattresses. Luxurious 300-400 thread count sheets, down comforters, and quilts are provided,

Each separate living room includes a queen sleeper sofa with added memory foam for comfort.

A beatiful place with a t...

A beatiful place with a terrific location. We had 17 adults and it was comfortable between both units. I will be back and do recomend the place. Hot tubs on both decks with the gondola right above. The Westin was really nice to have so close and the walk to the village was ideal - 2 minutes. Enjoy...

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage & yes it will fit an SUV like a Suburban. There is no parking outside in the guest spaces aside of the unit for day or night.(in the winter for snow removal) Vehicles parked in these will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Extra overnight parking is available at the Mammoth Mountain RV Park. They can be reached at 800-582-4603 for more information.

Security + Cleaning fee requested to reserve. Balance of the rent and taxes is due 60 days in advance of the check-in date.
