These town homes boast granite counter tops and the finest finishes. Did I mention the barbecue on each lanai? The Guest Pool area has barbecues and a shady area to sit and enjoy a good book! Truly home In paradise

This home is so lovely! Beautiful decor with tall, eligant, ceilings, and a quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and spacious. The patio has a grill and beautiful hand made wood columns. A very nice pool just a short distance from the door. The owner supplied everything a person could need to enjoy their stay. The patio area looked off into a lovely green space that is well manicured and safe for a toddler. There is no scary drops and the beautiful landscaping forms a barrier to the road and provided complete privacy. One of the main reasons we enjoy renting a home (rather than a hotel) is that we love to cook and this one was Perfect! The owner has everything you could ever want to make a feast!! The owner also provides numerous things in the garage for the beach and anything you would need during your stay. The location is wonderful and a short walk (0.6miles) to a PERFECT toddler beach-Something that can be difficult to find in Hawaii. A fun surprise was the nightly hula/fire dancers at the local community shops just minutes up the road. They were really good and free entertainment. The night of Halloween the same location held a safe area for trick or treating. Coming from Alaska, it was fun to see the kids in their actual costumes and not costumes covered by snow suits! The owner was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. We really appreciated this and will certainly stay here again when we are on the big island.

Comfortable and easy to access

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children. The home was very accommodating and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with some spices, utensils, and we even utilized the crock pot which was perfect. We stopped in kona to shop for groceries. The pool is a quick and easy walk, the smells from all of the flowers on the property were aromatic. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. Coming from the city we really enjoyed seeing all of the bright stars at night.

We enjoyed the beach club, got there really early and had the beach to ourselves for a couple of hours. Really nice beach and beach club. The cabanas and lounge chairs are free 1st come 1st serve) which is a plus as you have to pay when staying at a resort. We also enjoyed snorkeling here.

We also did a wasabi waterfall tour, really great tour! We also went to the Marriott (kona) luau, really fantastic! This place was a wonderful home to lounge around in and also to come back and relax.

Dennis was very friendly and responded to questions quickly. I would most certainly consider staying at this home again.

A great place to stay with family

My mom, wife and two kids stayed with me for a week at this location and had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, very clean, with all the amenities you need for a great stay. We had a great time there!

Fantastic Hawaiian Accommodations!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dennis' condo! We spent just under 3 weeks on the Big Island, and the condo was a perfect size to allow us to relax and spread out (the upstairs/downstairs configuration was perfect to give the adults and kids some separate space). Mauna Lani is a perfect spot from which to venture out on activities all over the island. We were just 1/2 hour from Kona/Kailua area, 1/2 or so from Waimea/Kohala/Hawi activities, and 1 1/2-2 hours from Hilo/Volcano area - perfect! The location itself is peaceful and quiet, but very close to lots of great beaches and the busier Waikoloa area. We made good use of the private beach parking card, and my husband and son enjoyed daily access to the onsite fitness room. The condo is absolutely lovely, and very well appointed! Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay! Dennis and Marci are both so friendly and great to work with (special thanks to Dennis for being so responsive when the AC went out - he had a repair person there to fix it the next day - a Sunday no less)! We'd recommend this condo to anyone, and would absolutely return next time we find ourselves on Hawaii. Thanks so much again! :)

The property was clean, very well appointed and the end units' tranquil view of the golf course and open space was refreshing. Waking up to birds reminding me of camping in the wilderness.
