Your renovated two full bathrooms include Kohler fixtures and a frameless shower enclosure. Central air conditioning throughout, full size washer/dryer, beautiful marble flooring and warm brazilian cherry wood floors finish off the flooring throughout this apartment. Amazing Condo in Great Location!

We stayed at this property fro Art Basel 2015 and it was a great oasis within the hustle of art and people! Unit is located on a corner lot and privately nestled behind tall hedges. Great natural light, furnishings, amenities and full size kitchen! Location is a few blocks to the beach, great cuban cafe, convenience and grocery store. Andrew and his coworkers were very helpful and accommodating to our schedule. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Birthday Getaway

Couldn't have asked for anything better! The description and photos were all very accurate. The management company (especially Andrew) were very accommodating, making sure we were able to get checked in after business hours. The house was located walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Will definitely book here again and recommend to anyone who is visiting the area!

great location and very clean

This condo was perfect for a girls get away for 8! Had plenty of space and very clean. It's within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc (5 min walk). Oscar was awesome! He came to the rescue with just a quick text. Kitchen is fully equipped, even included some seasonings. Absolutely loved the condo would definitely stay here again. Got deposit within 3 weeks only because they were short staffed at that time but got a hold of Andrew and he got it back to be within 3 days! Private property on a corner on 1st floor with private yard and parking space.

Very Nice! Great Location

This house was the PERFECT choice for our weekend girls getaway! It was very clean! We had no problems other than a missing iron, which Oscar brought over a brand new iron the same day. And a small toilet issue, and maintenance came within the hour to do a quick fix. Oscar was very nice and professional. We will definitely choose this location again!

Great property in a convenient location!

Our group of 8 loved our two day stay at this property. A clean and modern space a few blocks away from the beach and restaurants, the house is just far enough to be away from the noise of Ocean Drive but still walkable. A tall shrub fence surrounds the property and makes the yard a nice, private, and cozy place to hang out. The bedrooms are a bit smaller than I thought they would be, but they were fine for our needs. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus; we were able to wash all of our dirty clothes having just returned from a few day long cruise. Plenty of towels, plates, cups, and tea/coffee that other groups before us must have left behind.

The only problem we encountered during our stay was a broken, leaky dishwasher. We reported the problem to management the first night and were told to expect someone the next morning, but he never showed and the dishwasher remained broken through the remainder of our stay. Minor inconvenience.

Check out is sort of early at 11 AM, since management needs to prepare the house for the next guests, but they were kind enough to allow us to leave our bags in their office for a few hours while we roamed South Beach. You check in /pick up and check-out/drop off the keys at the office, which is a ten minute walk from the house.

Would definitely stay here again.

GREAT SPACE! AMAZING LOCATION!

Booking the apartment was very stress free. The owner was very friendly and informative. I received responses very timely, which made booking my stay smooth and easy. The property was great. It was very clean and welcoming. It was exactly as it was described. The pictures were right on. The amount of space was great for a group of 6 which we had. There was no running into each other. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals in the apartment. The apartment was hidden by bushes which gave a little privacy which was good. There was parking available, which was great. The location was AMAZING. You are right there in the middle of south beach. It also offered a little privacy, and peace because the apartment was not on a busy street. However, everything is in walking distance whether its the beach, a restaurant, club, or a grocery store. I would recommend this apartment for families, and small groups. Thank you for everything. We had a great vacation. We look forward to renting your apartment again.
