We throughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities and amenities were great. A few things we think could be improved are the hot water heater and updates to some of the cookware. Only one of us was able to get a warm 5 minute shower. The other 4 of us got luke warm/ tepid showers. With that being said, we would highly recommend the condo and would stay again.
The first time in ten years that I had a problem with hot water. Not sure what the problem is but will have my maintenance man check it out.
This property was very nice and clean. We had one plumbing problem, it was handled promptly.
Fortunately my maintenance man was available and was able to resolve the problem in short order, in spite of this little issue,the Cobbles where great guests and hope to have them return in the future.
Nice condo. Looked as pictured. Only complaint was the controller didn’t want to work. 👍�🏼�
We had a great time but just got an email from the owner stating he is not refunding the $100. This is ridiculous. They state that we moved furniture and had a ton of trash. This is so untrue. We removed ALL the trash including all the bathrooms. I did move two chairs because we had 8 people and he only had 6 chairs outside. Also , I’m not one to complain but we had to unload the dishwasher when we got there. The balcony was disgusting and we had to sweep it the first day. I’ve rented condos for 10+ years and never have I had to pay the deposit. I will never rent from this owner again and wondering if I should ever rent from this condo place again. We were already planning next years vacation but may reconsider the place. From now on I will take pictures and videos before leaving. I did ask for proof from the owner and no response!!!
This is the strange's guest I have had in the 15 years that I have been renting our condo.The first thing she did was send me a request to change the code to the door lock. I advised her that she was the only person who had that code. When my cleaning crew entered the condo they found that all the furniture in the living room had been rearranged. Our dinning room table has a plate glass top and beautiful metal frame, this was turned 90 degrees and pushed against the wall, and the rest of the furniture was all placed in different locations. She mentions that there was only six chairs on the patio, (basically because of space), so she took 2 of the dinning room chairs out to the patio, chairs which did not belong outside. Unfortunately my cleaning crew had to spend a lot of time getting everything back in its proper place. She mentions the terrible house cleaning of our condo. Please read the rest of my previous guests reviews, with many mentioning the cleanliness of our condo. My cleaning crew has been with me for over 10 years with no previous complaints regarding house keeping. I used the $100 dollar refund to pay my crew for the extra work that was required.
We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Avalon 406. Ken was very easy to work with and the room was just as pictured. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans and utensils. We ate in the room multiple times and it was easy to cook with the provided items. We would definitely come back to the same room!
