Cross the footbridge over the fish pond in the tropical atrium garden & take in the oversized lanai complete with a bar, TV & plenty of seating. While you sip refreshments, watch TV or enjoy the beautiful canal view. The lanai faces west & is like an open air family room with a pool that connects the garage, the guesthouse & pool bath to the main house. There is the baja (family) room where you can watch TV, play games, or read a book by the warmth of an electric fire all while enjoying the view of the pool & canal outside of the glass door walls. In addition, there is a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 more bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Take a dip in the pool or fish from the patio. Wave at the boaters or rent a boat & take the 10 minute ride to the river with only 1 bridge to pass under. Kick back & relax or enjoy a bike ride along the cozy streets. Walk, bike or drive to nearby shops & restaurants. This house is off main roads but close to everything. You will feel like you are at your own private resort
Other amenities: Every bedroom has a flat screen tv. The baja room has a smart TV hooked up to the wifi. There are fishing poles, bicycles, pool toys, beach chairs, a portable crib, stroller, high chair and children's toys available to our guests. Boats can be rented locally. For those cool nights, the fire pit on the patio can provide some warmth and ambiance.

We visited Cape Coral at the recommendation of friends and were delighted with its layout and location. There are so many great restaurants and watching the sunset from the yacht club deck is totally relaxing, especially when local talent serenade you.
What makes this House unique
This property was so distinctly unique compared to others we looked at. With it's fishpond and footbridge inside the lanai and the separate guest house, we felt it would be a great place for travelers to stretch out and relax. It is perfect for large crowds and entertaining. We spent a lot of time redoing and expanding the tropical gardens that surround the house and created many places to sit and take in the ambience. It is always possible to find a quiet spot to be alone if the mood strikes you. The shops and restaurants are within walking or biking distance and the neighbors are fantastic.

Wonderful property close to everything !!!!!
This was my first time staying at Toni’s home and i must say that this is one of the best kept secrets in SW Florida !!! What a great experience !!! Traveling with my two adult kids and their families we found this house perfect for everyone !!! The layout of the home is just awesome !!!! I’m so happy we found this house.... it has absolutely everything and anything you could possibly need or want. Kids were in the pool every moment they could be. There’s plenty of privacy here as well if you want it...... the updated breakwall/patio on the canal was awesome as well. We saw 3 manatees and there are small jellyfish swimming around in the water. My son and daughter caught a few and they glow a really cool green when you touch them !!! Lol
I could write all day about this place but I won’t spoil all the surprises waiting for you if you book here. I own a hotel in NY and I’m selling soon. I recently sold my Fort Myers condo and want to relocate to SW Florida again as soon as all my ducks are in a row. I loved this home so much I asked Toni if they would sell it to me !!!! Not happening :(( 😂�😂�. That’s how much I loved it ❤️❤️❤️. Do not hesitate one second if this home is available to book....you will be a very happy camper.
We had a lovely time! The house was great with kids...they could play on the heated pool. We used the grill and kitchen a lot. There's a washer n dryer which was amazing as we used a lot of towels between the beach, pool and showers! It's right on a canal which really wasn't something we used. I imagine if you had a boat it wud be a fun amenity. The house is several minutes from beaches and since we were there over the holiday season, we ran into some serious traffic trying to go to Ft Myers and Sanibel island!
There's also several different table and chair sets and bars with chairs which was another plus! The owner was prompt on responses via email. Overall...recommend this house in cape coral!
Not what we expected.
This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is just not what we expected. It is adevertises as wheelchair accessible, but the only doorway my son’s wheelchair could go through was the front.
The bedrooms while large have extremely uncomfortable beds that we had to make ourselves upon arrival. The bathroom in the master was smaller than many that I saw while visiting Europe.
The kitchen had everything that I needed to make meals for my family and the Florida room was great. We wanted to be able to enjoy the heated pool, but because it did not have a cover all the heat it would gain during the daytime was lost at night.
Upon arrival, the home had a moldy odor which disappeared once we opened the windows. However, in general the home needs some basic care. The wall was pealing around several windows, the baseboard and doorways were ruined, the grout in the bathtub was molded.
Waterfront Pool Villa
There were a few issues with the house. The kitchen sliding door did not work the best so we quit using it to go in and out. The guest house entrance door the bottom fell apart and we could not use the door but had to go and come thru the bathroom door which was the changing room for the pool. The pool was fantastic. All the kids, big and little enjoyed it. Over all the house was good just needs a few updates. It was a little far from Captiva and the traffic some days made it a long drive to the island. Whenever I contacted Lori the owner she was quick to respond back to me. I would stay here again. Stayed the Week of 7/9/2017 to 7/16/2017. KH-North Tazewell, VA
We are always grateful when our guests notify us of any issues and do our best to address them as quickly as possible. The doors have both been fixed or replaced and are now all operating properly.

We LOVED our time at Toni's house! Toni was friendly and responsive and the set-up of the house/pool/dock allowed all 3 of our families the privacy and the group togetherness we were seeking. Cape Coral beach, Boathouse Tiki Bar/Restaurant, and the playground at Rotary Park were all very close, clean, convenient, and fun! Great time!
Beaches, shopping, restaurants galore! Lots to do & lots to see. Visit Fleamasters Flea Market. Walk the promenade at Ft. Myers beach. Search for shells on Sanibel Island. Get wet at SunSplash water park. Bicycle the many bike paths in Cape Coral. Fish off the dock or take a boat trip. Rent your own boat & explore the canals or travel down the San Carlos Canal to the Caloosahatchee River & set anchor on one of the numerous islands. Other Activities: kayaking, boating
