Enjoy a short break in Boston in an elegant and historic building. Our building has recently undergone a $3m. renovation to recreate the splendor of the original Hotel Bellevue, in the 1890's. The location is perfect -- on Boston's famous Beacon Hill, in the heart of Government Center.
Our unit has hardwood parquet flooring, 13 foot ceilings, chandelier, floor to ceiling windows, bay windows in bedroom overlooking State House garden. Granite kitchen, marble bathroom, A 45" flat-screen TV in the living room, and high speed internet plus Wifi.
Step outside the beautifully furnished unit and enjoy the many restaurants, and cultural attractions of Boston. Relax on our large roof garden with views of the State House, Charles River, and Boston Common.

Spacious 1 bedroom in great location
A spacious 1 bedroom apartment, perched on Beacon Street, a block from the Boston Common, Public Gardens, State House, Granary Burying Ground and much more, AND surrounded by the Beacon Hill neighborhood - what a wonderful way to enjoy Boston! The apartment was charming, clean, neat, and well organized. Plenty of natural light and space for a family of 4. We walked almost everywhere (Harvard Square was a convenient ride from the Park Street T). Jonathan was a good host, welcoming us to Boston, checking-in on our needs, and helping us with storing luggage on the last day - thank you, our stay was memorable!
Great place to stay!
Great location! Great local restaurants. Easy walk to lots of attractions. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will stay here again on future visits.
Great Location, wonderful stay
The location of this apartment was perfect for our trip. It is steps from Boston Commons and the beginning of the Freedom Trail and also very easy access to the T. Since we like to walk, almost everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. One of the Hop on Hop off Trolley stops is just a few steps away and that is a great way to get an overview of the city. Tickets purchased off season are good for two days. Tickets can be purchased online and activated when you are ready to start the tour. Jonathan is a very responsive owner, answering every inquiry generally in under an hour and often within minutes. We were thankful for the laundry facilities in the building ($1.75 each for washer and dryer) as we had been travelling for a couple weeks. The view from the rooftop deck is spectacular. There is a convenience market next door to the property, but generally we liked to go about a quarter mile to the Walgreens which has a substantial market area. There are an abundance of dining options - quite overwhelming actually. For casual dining, we enjoyed Sweet Greens (super healthy salads and bowls), Thoughtful Coffee, and Paramount (on Charles Street). We would stay here again in a heartbeat - great property!!
Great location, nice apartment!
Everything was great. Location is excellent, walking distance to most stops on liberty trail. Rooftop terrace is fun. Only negative was that the apartment was quite cold when we arrived and took several hours to warm up, of course it was only about 5 degrees outside that day.
Second stay and a keeper!
Great location, nice space and love the rooftop deck in any weather! We love the place and even hosted a small Saturday morning brunch for four.
Great location, very comfortable!
This location is outstanding for access to downtown, tourist sites, the T, and wonderful restaurants in Beacon Hill. You can walk everywhere, and getting public transportation or an Uber is a breeze.
Jonathan, our host, is so gracious and helpful. He is quick to respond to any issues, and checks up to make sure everything is ok. You couldn't ask for a better host!
The one bedroom apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and (unlike many old buildings in Boston) has an elevator and a security person on duty.
This is our second stay in Jonathan's unit, and we certainly look forward to returning again!
Next Door to Massachusetts State House at 21 Beacon St.
