About the property

Enjoy a short break in Boston in an elegant and historic building. Our building has recently undergone a $3m. renovation to recreate the splendor of the original Hotel Bellevue, in the 1890's. The location is perfect -- on Boston's famous Beacon Hill, in the heart of Government Center.

Our unit has hardwood parquet flooring, 13 foot ceilings, chandelier, floor to ceiling windows, bay windows in bedroom overlooking State House garden. Granite kitchen, marble bathroom, 2 Flat-screen TVs (45' in living room). High speed internet plus Wifi.

Step outside the beautifully furnished unit and enjoy the many restaurants, and cultural attractions of Boston. Relax on our large roof garden with views of the State House, Charles River, and Boston Common.

Perfect!

  • 5 of 5

This is a well appointed, clean, comfortable, and luxurious apartment in the perfect location. It is steps away from the Park street train station and Boston Common. Jonathan is very attentive and checked in with us by phone and email to make sure we had everything we needed. The dimmable chandeliers create ideal lighting. The queen sized bed is extremely comfortable. Best of all, the price was less than any luxury hotel in the city! I would highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay again.

Worked out beautifully!

  • 5 of 5

When we first arrived, we couldn't believe how close we were to the State House, cool restaurants and Boston Commons. The Beacon Hill neighborhood was not only historic but made for a beautiful setting and area to walk around. The apartment had everything we needed. The road was a bit noisy (had metal plates on the holes they were digging that we could hear each time a car drove by) but we were able to mask it with the Dyson fan. Could have used a small stand alone shelf in the bathroom but honestly, that was about the only thing missing. The hide-a-bed was the most comfortable I had come across - almost too comfortable as our daughter slept til 9 or 10 each morning. Enjoyed the Freedom Trail and touring the state house although the weather was not great. Had some good food at Luke's Lobster, Toscano's, 21st Amendment and Zen Sushi. The Convenient store is overpriced but... convenient. All in all a great spot and well appointed rental. We would certainly stay there again!
