Very good location and great area
Beautiful view. House is well equipped and everything in good working order. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Needs a new mattress for the bed and new chairs and couch. Porch is very nice. Easy to access the south end of the beach. Enjoyed visits to the historic areas of Hobcaw Barony, Georgetown, and Charleston. Neighbor in back was friendly and helpful.
We will be back!
Wonderful home in beautiful surroundings. Secluded enough to enjoy nature yet close to amenities - a perfect fit for our family. The house itself is updated and stocked with everything we could've possibly needed... even a rolling pin for impromptu baking! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back!

Nearby Brookgreen Gardens is a National Historic Landmark with the most significant collection of figurative sculpture in an outdoor setting by American artists in the world and has the only zoo accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums on the coast of the Carolinas.
The third-oldest town in SC, Georgetown is located about 15 minutes South of Pawleys Island. During the mid 1800's, the Georgetown region produced annually over a million pounds of rice, or half of the nation's output. The small community of Georgetown had become the wealthiest city in SC and made SC the second-wealthiest state in the country, behind only Massachusetts. In addition to several museums, the Front Street area of Georgetown offers an old-South stroller-friendly main street, with numerous restaurants and small shops. Don't overlook the boat tours along Front Street's RiverWalk.
