Great property for a family!

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a blast during our stay in "Down on the Corner"! The home was perfect for our family and very well kept. We loved grilling and relaxing on the front porch each evening.

Beautiful home in the perfect location in Seacrest. Clean, well equipped and provided an overall comfortable and relaxing environment for a great family vacation. Tammy made it incredibly easy to book the stay. We are grateful our family chose this home and hope to return soon. Thank you, Tammy!

Perfect for families

  • 4 of 5

This house was just right for our family of four - close to the pool, a short walk from the beach, and right on a tram stop. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we all loved having a “home” to come back to after a long day of fun. My only complaint is that the beach and pool were both very crowded. However, if you are prepared to either deal with the crowds or plan your visit around the busiest weeks, Down on the Corner is a great place to land.

Pre Back to School trip

  • 5 of 5

Loved the area/community! The pool was great and only a short block and a half walk, so close enough to run back for lunch or a quick snack. There is what looks like is, or will be, a poolside snack bar, which would have been even more wonderful but the area was under construction and not open when we were there. The beach was easy to access (especially since there is a tram stop directly in front of the house) and we never waited longer than probably 3 minutes for the tram to and from. Only con here was how crowded and packed in all of the beach chair and umbrella rentals are...very little just open area to spread out with a blanket and toys...but not a huge a deal. Loved being able to walk to the shops in the village area and to the Rosemary area too...we only got in our car and actually had to drive somewhere twice I think the whole time. We did rent bikes though and really enjoyed riding them, mostly through the natural trails. The openness of the house was very nice and comfortable! We had plenty of sleeping room as well as lots of open space to spread out to eat, play one of the games from the closet, and/or watch TV. Overall great stay...Thanks so much for the rental!

Overall Very Good

  • 4 of 5

This was our first time visiting the beaches in the Florida Panhandle. The house we rented was pretty good and had almost everything you will need. The house has just about everything you will need in the kitchen, chairs for the beach (and unbrellas if you look inside the bench on the porch), sand toys and a closet full of games for the kids. The location is great...1 block from the pool, 2 blocks from the town square and 3 blocks from the beach (use the tram). Town square has nightly live music, food, a bar, plenty of seating.

The only issues we had were waiting on Security to bring our bands on the first day which took several phone calls and a couple of hours (they seemed pretty busy), and there is a house being built right across the street. The construction workers were out there banging hammers and using machines at 7am daily... that kind of sucked, but at least we didn't sleep our days away I guess.

Lots to do in the area. I recommend visiting different beaches as we did, but the Seacrest Beach for the neighborhood is very nice. .

Overall, good stay and we'd go back.

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this house. It is a great location and we love it!

  • 5 of 5

We have been vacationing with our kids in this area for the last 7 years and we love it. This is our second time to rent this particular house and we love it. It is in a great location close to the pool and the shops and restaurants and it is all on one level. Would totally rent again and would recommend it to anyone.
