Very neat and clean , gorgeous old world furnishings, well stocked with linens, kitchen ware, spices, condiments etc. great hot tub, deck, front and back yard. Extra living room on 2nd floor, wired speakers , TV, cable , Internet in every room . This place must be the best in Crested Butte. Walking distance to many great shops and restaurants, Had 4 bikes available for our family too.
This was our fourth year at the lovely Brick house on 3rd and Teocali. It is a very comfortable home with all the necessary amenities to feel truly at home. The location is good on a quiet street close to the town. We hope to come back next year.
this is a great house! we had a family of 7 and had lots of room. 5 minute walk to town and had a guy shoveling snow in the driveway the night after about 4 inches.
Our family comes to ski at Crested Butte every year and we always stay in the old town. This house is the best rental yet. It was easy to find and on arrival it was quite pleasant and clean. It is newly renovated and roomy and in a great location within a few blocks from downtown. We'll be back!
We have rented 15 Third Street for five summers during August. It is located on a quiet street near the desirable north edge of town and is covemient to all of the local trails that start in town. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. The eat-in kitchen is an excellent family gathering spot that also serves as a staging area for the separate dining area. The second floor living room is a big plus and allowed us a discrete and serene space to catch up with work as needed and to relax in front of the nice television while the children played downstairs. The back yard is securely fenced and is dominated by a wonderful large deck and hot tub. The bedrooms are generously sized and the bathrooms well located. The laundry area is conveniently located off the kitchen allowing the inevitable multi-tasking of managing a very active family on vacation. Shay and Ashton are the property managers and they are always available, responsive and very helpful with any matters that arise. Highly recommended.
Crested Butte is such an original town with great skiing and awesome people. I loved staying at this house because it has charm and comfort, AND it is so close to everything! It was so good, I had to come back... and I'm really glad I did. I walked to the ski bus, I walked to the grocery store, I walked to the bars and restaurants. And when I came back home, I sat in the hot tub looking at the mountains - so amazing. One of my favorite days was staying home, watching a movie and taking a nap on the couch in front of the fire! I'd hghly recommend this property. In fact, I'm looking at the calendar now for Feb/Mar 2016. So good, I'll go back again!
