OCCUPANCY: Regency 609 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 persons (including small children and infants) at all times. Occupancy limits are carefully monitored with cameras and personnel. Guests who violate the Occupancy Standards stated remain subject to eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all persons to have wristband identification. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.
PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted. Violation of this NO PET policy remains subject to significant financial penalties (See Rental Lease Agreement) and immediate Guest eviction.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal must supply proper legal documentation at the time of establishing a Reservation. Guests requiring the assistance of a Comfort Animal must supply vaccination records demonstrating all vaccinations are current and a signed letter from a psychological doctor attesting to Guest's need for the animal, the ability of the animal to perform the services required and the ability of the animal to refrain from causing disruption to other persons in close proximity.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.
RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates are subject to change and reflects occupancy levels and availability. Rate Quotes supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals are only valid for 24 Hours.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. If a Guest smokes on the balcony - all doors and windows must be maintained in a Closed position. Violation of this NO SMOKING policy remains subject to significant financial penalties (Please see Rental Lease Agreement).

Wonderful Stay!!! Can't wait to return!!!
This property was absolutely beautiful. Very clean! The kitchen was very well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with basic small appliances such as a coffee pot, blender, mixer, Crock-Pot, toaster, etc. Bring your groceries and you are ready to cook. It has a very nice washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a Sleep Number bed which is what my husband and I sleep on at home. We adjusted the numbers to our setting and slept wonderfully. Both bathrooms we're very clean and wonderfully designed. The spare bedroom has 2 beds that could sleep 2 each. Very nicely decorated as well.
The very short walk to the beach is so convenient and the views are beautiful. I cannot say enough things about this property. We look forward to another trip to stay here hopefully very soon!

A Very Clean and Beautiful Place
We stayed at this apartment during the spring break of 2018. My wife and my kids loved it a lot. It is a very clean apartment with very good and clean furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed although an electric kettle would be a good addition. The swimming pool is very clean but the water was so cool during our stay. Many restaurants and grocery stores are within few miniatures drive. Checking-in and out was very easy and smooth. The view from the balcony in the sixth floor is just breathtaking. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again if we visit Navarre beach.
Everything was beautiful! Beautifully updated, very comfortable, amazing views and gorgeous beaches!!! We will for sure be back and will book this property again.

I can't say enough about how nice the Regency 609 property was. Amazing views of the ocean, wonderful accommodations, everything you could ask for and more. The condo was clean and the service from the staff was top notch. We take several vacations a year and comparing this condo to places we have stayed in the last year including 5 Star hotels, you will not find better accommodations for a family friendly vacation. We are already planning our return. Thank you Thane and the staff for a great experience.

I booked Regency 609 by the information provided by Thane! We couldn't have done anything better by following his referral! This condo was truly amazing - not one thing I would change! We enjoyed the views, the relaxation, the ease that was provided to us all week! Thank You for a wonderful 2016 vacation full of memories that will last us a lifetime!

Maximum Occupancy of Regency 609 may never exceed 6 persons - this includes small children, infants and Guest invitees of the Lessee. Rental Rates, Property Availability and Acceptance of All Online Bookings requires the Confirmed Acceptance of Navarre Vacation Rentals. Accepted Online Bookings are required to remit the last 2 Pages of the Rental Lease Agreement along with a copy of a legally issued photo ID affirming Guest's Age and Permanent Residency within 72 Hours of acceptance of Online Booking. Lessee must Officially Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to taking rental possession of the property. Lessee must present legally issued photo ID and major Credit Card at the time of Check-In. Lessee's Credit Card information will remain on file throughout Lessee's rental visit and act in lieu of a collected refundable Damage Deposit. It is mutually agreed and understood that charges for, but not exclusively limited to property repairs or replacements arising from Lessee's rental use of the property and premises, Fines from Lessee's failure to comply with terms of the Rental Lease Agreement or expenses incurred from Lessee's specially ordered services will be applied and satisfied with the Credit Card supplied by Lessee at the time of Check-In. Lessee assumes full responsibility for all members of their party and any invitees of Lessee occasioning the property and premises. Guests are encouraged to purchase Travel Interruption Insurance coverage from a third party licensed Insurance Broker.
