Regency 609 is a very popular property with returning Guests and the availability of this property can change very quickly.

Regency 609 permits a maximum occupancy by up to 6 persons (including small children and infants) at any given time. The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all persons to have wristband identification. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

RESERVATIONS: Guest may now make Reservations in one of two ways:

1. ONLINE BOOKING: Guests may make an Online Booking. All Online Bookings remain subject to review and acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC. Online Booking requires Full Payment at the time of Booking and remains subject to the published terms of Cancellation.

2. DIRECT BOOKING: Returning Guests may contact Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC directly during Operational Business Hours. Direct Bookings require the payment of a $350.00 Committal Deposit at the time of Booking. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the total cost of a Guest's Reservation. Outstanding Balances are payable at the time of Check-In and must be made with Certified Funds.

CHECK-IN: All Guests must Officially Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals during Operational Business Hours. Guests may NOT enter or take rental possession of a property prior to the completion of cleaning and inspection. During periods of Peak Demand properties are generally available after 4PM.

Navarre Vacation Rentals does not maintain a 24-Hour Staffed Check-In facility. Guests who encounter travel delays or anticipate arrival after 6PM are required to contact Navarre Vacation Rentals prior to 5PM on the day of arrival to obtain property access codes. Guest failure to notify Navarre Vacation Rentals of the need to make a late arrival may result in Guest's inability to access the property. No pricing adjustments will be made.

Guests who make an After-Hours arrival are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals the following morning prior to 11AM. Navarre Vacation Rentals maintains an Office located at:

All Guests must present an accepted Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) and a legally issued photo ID at the time of Check-In.

PETS: Pet animals are NOT permitted.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal must supply proper legal documentation at the time of establishing a Reservation. Guests requiring the assistance of a Comfort Animal must supply vaccination records demonstrating all vaccinations are current and a signed letter from a psychological doctor attesting to Guest's need for the animal, the ability of the animal to perform the services required and the ability of the animal to refrain from causing disruption to other persons in close proximity.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.

RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates remain subject to verification by Navarre Vacation Rentals. Rate Quotes remain valid only for 24 Hours.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior regions of the property.

I can't say enough about how nice the Regency 609 property was. Amazing views of the ocean, wonderful accommodations, everything you could ask for and more. The condo was clean and the service from the staff was top notch. We take several vacations a year and comparing this condo to places we have stayed in the last year including 5 Star hotels, you will not find better accommodations for a family friendly vacation. We are already planning our return. Thank you Thane and the staff for a great experience.

Nothing beats It

We've stayed a number of places thru the years, and this location and condo overlooking and situated on pristine Navarre Beach equals and generally surpasses all of them. For us, it was a winter wonderland without any snow. The accommodations and surroundings provided superb value for the price. We're hoping to extend our stays in the future. The quality of service and hospitality between management and owners at this Navarre Beach Regency location was beyond compare. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us.

Awesome Vacation!

We have stayed at this condo for the past two years and absolutely loved it! The furniture is beautiful and the condo itself is spotless. We were so comfortable there and everything is top quality. We love Navarre and hope to be coming back. When we do, we definitely want to stay in this condo. The staff at Navarre Vacation Rentals are extraordinary! They are always so friendly and helpful.

Lessee must Officially Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to taking rental possession of the property.

Lessee must present legally issued photo ID and major Credit Card at the time of Check-In. Lessee's Credit Card information will remain on file throughout Lessee's rental visit and act in lieu of a collected refundable Damage Deposit.
It is mutually agreed and understood that charges for, but not exclusively limited to property repairs or replacements arising from Lessee's rental use of the property and premises, Fines from Lessee's failure to comply with terms of the Rental Lease Agreement or expenses incurred from Lessee's specially ordered services will be applied and satisfied with the Credit Card supplied by Lessee at the time of Check-In. Lessee assumes full responsibility for all members of their party and any invitees of Lessee occasioning the property and premises.

Guests are encouraged to purchase Travel Interruption Insurance coverage from a third party licensed Insurance Broker.
