At Lae Nani, you'll feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the sound of ocean waves breaking on scenic Wailua Bay, only 10 minutes from the airport. Ocean view, ground floor unit allows one to step off the lanai onto a grassy lawn leading directly to the beach. The beach includes a rock protected pool at one end, ideal for small children.
Large two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen completely remodeled with granite counter tops. Living area with attractive Asian decor, complete with new Flat Screen HDTV, Cable, Smart Blu-Ray / DVD player, WIFI and stereo sound system. Gas barbecue, lighted tennis courts, resort laundry facilities are onsite. Condo easily accommodates four adults with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds that can be made into a King bed in the second room. All beds have new pillow-top mattresses. Bathrooms are all new with granite counter tops and new fixtures.
Lae Nani does not have A/C. Typically the tradewinds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the guest bedroom can be opened along with the louvers in the ocean facing parts of the condo to allow for the flow of air.
Nearby activities: Hiking, Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Shopping and Dining, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Surfing, and Helicopter Rides. Only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). Served by several airlines with easy connections to many mainland cities.

For years we had been visiting and staying at Lae Nani in Kapaa Kauai. We became very fond of the Lae Nani property itself as well as the central location on the island. We enjoy the sun, surf and beauty Hawaii has to offer and being a family of avid scuba divers we decided that we wanted to have our own home away from home near some of the best diving!
This is a vacation home for our multi-generational family to visit and enjoy. Its location on the property and being on the ground floor allows the best access for both young and old! We love having a great, quiet beach just outside our doors and as I mentioned, being centrally located on the island makes it so convenient for sightseeing and exploring the island.
The property is quiet and relaxing with great ocean views and close to shopping and other activities. We like that we can walk to restaurants or just sit on the beach and watch the sunset...
We have been completely delighted with our stay here. We cannot imagine a more perfect location for our family to stay. We planned on visiting a lot of the other island spots but the kids always wanted to come back to their "Hawaii House" and go to the beach pool. The condo is delightful and all of the personal touches a lovely and very useful.
The best part about Lae Nani #415 was the easy ground floor access to the beach. The kids ran back and forth to the beach all day. The condo was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. We really appreciated the first aid supplies, books for kids, cooler, and snorkel gear. I would've given 5 stars if it had an air conditioning unit. I wasn't aware at the time of booking that it wasn't equipped with a/c. It sadly would've been a deal breaker for me. Although it was extremely muggy in the evenings, the trade winds off the ocean provided enough air flow during most of the day. It was difficult to spend anytime outside on the patio in the evening because of all the mosquitoes. But at least the first aid kit had anti-itch cream. It was definitely an incredible and memorable Christmas vacation. Thank you!
This is a perfectly located getaway on Kauai. The accommodations are top notch, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and convenient to all areas of the island. Plenty of room for two couples. We were able to easily explore Hanalei, Poipu and Waimea on different day trips and get in a variety of activities/hikes. Coconut Marketplace with nice shops is an easy stroll from the condo. Condo is close to Kapaa and the easy-to-navigate bike/walking path along the east coast. Loved walking around Kapaa -- lots to see and do. Would be thrilled to return.
I recently was able to stay at this lovely condo for a MONTH in celebration of my retirement. Shortly before my arrival, I learned that the ongoing roofing project at Lae Nani would not be completed by the time I arrived. As it turned out, the roofing project finished within a week of my arrival and was really a non-issue. The ongoing construction/renovation of the unit directly above me, however, was an issue. This construction continued off and on for two weeks and, on a couple of occasions, I and my guests simply had to leave due to the noise. I believe the Lae Nani management was less than forthcoming with the condo owner with regard to the scope of the construction and continually provided him with erroneous timelines with regard to completion of the construction. With that said, this condo could not be more well equipped. We had everything we needed to prepare meals on site, and the condo is very centrally located to activities on both the north and south shores. There are two farmers markets a week at the nearby Coconut Marketplace, so fresh local produce was plentiful. The condo has an amazing ocean view from the lanai and the lush vegetation on the Lae Nani grounds is a feast for the eyes.
Our family of ten rented four units at Lae Nani for our major family vacation this year. Of the four condos, Jim and Catrice's unit was our favorite, hands down. It was better equipped, nicely furnished and perfectly located. It had a gourmet kitchen with tools and appliances we wished we had at home. Being at ground level, it had an amazing view yet we felt like we had a giant, beachfront, beautifully landscaped yard to ourselves. Lots of lawn furniture and beach toys. It turned out to be where we all met for our cocktail hour and dinner. We highly recommend this prime Lae Nani condo.
We loved our stay at Lai Nani Condo, #415. Very clean, well stocked, and our two boys loved the easy first floor access to the beach. And Jim was great, very responsive and accountable (more so than other property managers we've dealt with). We appreciated him being upfront with us prior to booking about ongoing roof repairs (to one of the other buildings). It was completely a non-issue during our stay, but we appreciated his honesty nonetheless. We would definitely stay at Jim's property again!
Beautiful condo complex with expansive lawn area and beautiful gardens. The grounds are meticulous and the variety of flowers, plants and ponds make you feel like you are truly in paradise. The condo is very well stocked and clean and more than met our expectations. You have an ocean view from the master bedroom and can hear the waves at night and an occasional chorus from the bullfrogs at the pond. We enjoyed walking to the bakery each morning to get our fix of sticky buns. Several resturants within walking distance and great location for exploring the island. We enjoyed the relaxed pace and friendliness of the people of Kauai. Our group ranged from my 85 year old mom to our kids with young children and it was perfect for all of us. Already dreaming of returning.

We understand that events outside your control happen yet we have to draw a line in the sand somewhere...here is our line in the sand pertaining to cancellations. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival date will be refunded 100% the security deposit. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the security deposit if we are unable to re-book the accommodations.
Credit cards are accepted - a processing fee of 3% will be added to the amount of rental. No processing fee when paying by check.
