Beautifully designed to provide calm and comfort in the City Center of Jerusalem. Luxurious amenities offer relaxation and soothing atmosphere.

A/C and heating units in each room

High quality linens and towels

Glorious view of the the Old City of Jerusalem, the Temple Mount and the Dome of the Rock .

New kitchen with kosher and non kosher dishes cutlery and utensils, microwave oven, regular oven and full size refrigerator. We provide each guest with what they need.

Our nonkosher guests are provided with separate set of dishes and utensils. If you have questions in this regard we can explain in more detail when you contact us.

2 twin beds side by side in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two highrisers and accomodates up to 4 persons.

In case this two bedroom apartment is booked we have two one bedrooms apartments each having one bedroom with two twin beds side by side and a sleep sofa in the living room. Please see vrbo lising #414412 to see pictures of the one bedroom apartment in the same building in the same great location.

One block away from new Mamilla Promenade with elegant shopping for every taste. Just 2-3 blocks away from ultra orthodox neighborhood of Meah Shaarim. Also short walking distance to all the big popular hotels.

About Ann Goodman

My husband and I moved to Israel from the United States in 1986. I am from Brooklyn, New York and my husband is from Houston Texas . We feel very priveleged and lucky to be living in Israel. We love it. We bought this apartment to rent to tourists visiting Jerusalem to help support our oldest son who is married and studying.

Why Ann Goodman chose Jerusalem

The location is very central and within walking distance to many tourist sites and shopping, and cafes. We love to stay in the apartment ourselves when it is not booked.

It is near the Western Wall and the Old City of Jeusalem. It is also close to many Christian holy sites.

It is walking distance to the downtown /city center area where you can shop or find a place to eat. There are many options for eating ranging from salads, falafel, shwarma, pizza, frozen yogurt, burgers and elegant restaurants where you can order a gourmet meal.

What makes this apartment unique

I first fell in love with the view. The view is really special. I started appreciating the location with time when I understood how close it was to the Western Wall and to the Old City and the City Center.

Perfect location

I loved where we stayed. It was a perfect location and was easy to access to many spots within the city. We stayed during the winter and we were always comfortably warm in the apartment. I felt like a local living there. Ann was quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment - great location

We came from Georgia, USA to visit Israel for 9 days. We stayed in this apartment for a week. It was very nice and so close to everything in Jerusalem. Yes, the exterior is solid rock or concrete and has some age to it, but inside the apartment is modern and clean. We had internet and my friend had cell phone service. We used the heat because it was in December and a little chill in the air. The bathrooms were nice and clean, showers good. You have to work with the hot water a bit because the main source for power for hot water is solar and it was rainy/cloudy for most of the time, but it has backup electrical. I did most of the fetching for food - we didn't cook. Just a short sweet walk to a main part of Jerusalem with restaurants. It was all very pleasurable and exciting to us. I want to do it all again soon. We had to make some travel changes as we were delayed a day for flight problems, but Anne was agreeable and flexible with us. Thanks so much - we are quite grateful and have very fond memories of our wonderful vacation to Jerusalem. We wanted to experience Jerusalem and be close in the culture; that goal was accomplished with this apartment at its location. What a trip!!

Comfortable 2 bedroom in a great location

Spacious 2 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms helps to have such a comfortable home base on a long trip. Perfect location between the fun streets of Ben Yehuda/Jaffa and then close to the Old City. Very nice owner who always responded. All of this helped make for a perfect vacation in Jerusalem.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, convenience, location and best of all the reliability, honesty and concern of its owner Ann. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Ann - she was easily accessible, open about all details relating to the apartment and very eager to please. The location of the apartment is prime - close to all the "hotspots" in Jerusalem including the Kotel, the city center, Ben Yehudah, Geulah..... Certainly a good choice for anyone staying in Jerusalem.

Great experience

My friends and I were very, very pleased with our stay here. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured above. Ann was a pleasure to deal with and so honest. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Even the neighbor across the hall was happy to help us with anything. The location is amazing! It provided us with just a short walk to so many parts of Jerusalem, most importantly the kotel. It's a wonderful apartment and we really had an amazing experience there.

Execellent, Clean Apartment. Great Location.

We just finished a 6 day stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described and Ann was very honest about everything. The location is great, a short walk to everything. If you rent a car be prepared to pay about $20 per day if you leave the car in the nearby garage all day. Overnight is about 14 shekel.

We enjoyed it very much and it was very comfortable. Ann is very quick with communication and went out of her way to accommodate any special requests.

Car: not necessary

Our apartment is in a perfect location for a visitor to Jerusalem. It is walking distance to the Old City of Jerusalem where there are holy sites for both Jews and Christians respectively. It is also a 5 minute walk to the downtown or city center neighborhood where there are lots of stores to shop in and great places to eat. You can find Israeli fast food like falafel and shwarma or elegant dining in a fancy restaurant. It is also only two blocks away from the outdoor Mamilla Promenade which has fantastic shopping,restaurants and cafes.

The new light rail stops only one block from our building so you can hop on and ride around the city seeing all the sights. There are also many bus lines running near the apartment so it is easy to get wherever you need to go on public transportation.

If you are renting a car there is an outdoor parking lot which is located one block from the building and they are reasonable and give weekly and daily rates.
