From the moment of our arrival we felt as if we were in heaven. The ambiance of the building is surpassed only by the apartment itself. It's a great place to relax and rejuvinate your mind, body and soul. Another plus is the owner who is delightful to deal with. A real winner.

Wonderful Marco stay

This condo is a fabulous place to stay. It is very spacious, yet homey and comfortable. The Master is huge. The guest areas are extremely comfortable and allow everyone their space. We especially enjoyed the 2 balconies... one facing East for the morning sun and coffee. The other facing the West and the ocean. Perfect for the afternoon and sunsets! The beach is gorgeous, as are the pool areas. There are walkable restaurants and shopping as well. We will be back in a heartbeat!!

Great condo and very comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained. However, there are two suggestions that would add to the experience. There needs to be a full length mirror somewhere in the master suite. Only full length is in one of the guest bedrooms. The other suggestion would be in install a ceiling fan on the beach linae. It is very warm in the afternoon to the point it is difficult to sit out there and enjoy the sunshine and view.

I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Owner's Response: Thanks for this lovely review, Anne. And thank you very much for your recommendations! Unfortunately, our professional decorator did not leave any room in the master bedroom for a full-length mirror. That's why one was added to the bedroom with 2 full-size beds, which had ample wall space. I hope that the three walls of mirrors in the master bathroom were a good substitute and that you did not mind going into the other bedroom or the dining room where we have 3 full-length decorative mirrors. Secondly, regarding the lanai fan. We agonized over that decision but, on the advice of our professional decorator and electrician, we opted not to install lanai fans. When we had our unit professionally decorated, we were advised by our electrician that the salt water would necessitate replacement of outdoor fans quite often. We did put a portable fan in the hall closet for use by all guests. I hope you found the ceiling fans that we installled in every bedroom and in the grand salon and family rooms helpful during your stay. Finally, I hope you don't mind me adding some of the other comments you sent to me after your guests departed: Guest comment: "I had three girlfriends in for a few days and all of them raved about the guest beds. They said they were the most comfortable beds that they had ever slept in!! I had trouble telling them their time was up." Thanks again, Anne, for renting our property. Kathy Bassick
