Located just outside of Christiansted, the property offers superb convenience to shopping, beaches, water sports, and restaurants (among the best in the Caribbean).

St. Croix's weather is perfect year around and the beaches and reefs are among the most beautiful in the world.

Schooner Bay is conveniently located in Gallows Bay, near Christiansted, on St. Croix, USVI. The entire island can be easily accessed by car or jeep; we will be pleased to assist you with your auto needs. The Westside (Harbor View) pool at Schooner Bay offers a panoramic view of Christiansted Harbor and the reefs on the sea. The Eastside (Sea View)pool offers a beautiful sea view.

The villa features a very comfortable tropical style glass and white rattan motif. A comfortably furnished 30' Gallery provides a view through the masts of the boats in the marina to the town, harbor and sea. #109 Defender in Schooner Bay is spacious and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, the entertainment center described above and fast broadband internet service.

About Tom Yaegel

Ann and Tom live in Richboro, PA, in Bucks County, which is just north of Philadelphia. Ann is a Registered Nurse and is a retired school nurse. Tom is involved with the family businesses which include an outdoor swim club, a Halloween entertainment business, and a small marketing firm. One of the marketing firm's projects is the popular VisitStCroix web site. Tom holds an MBA degree, is a former banking executive and military officer and is active in veterans affairs.

Great condo, excellent location

Great communication pre-arrival. Nice and close to main pool with a nice gas grill. Very clean and well maintained - air conditioners in great shape, but did not need them very often.

Easy walking to No Bones Cafe (right around the corner), The Bistro, and Maria's Cantina for eating out. Also an easy walk to Seaside Market & Deli if you need supplies for cooking.

Slightly longer walk gets you to Fort Christiansted and the rest of the boardwalk for snorkeling, SCUBA, tons of other restaurants and bars.

Plenty of room to spread out and relax and a nice big patio for drying out SCUBA gear or just enjoying the breeze.

Amazing Apartment in anAmazing Location!

This a great, well stocked apartment. It was comfortable and clean. There is a great view of the water. There were several markets and restaurants close by. The location is great and convenient to the whole island. This part of the island was up and moving and recovered from the devastating storm. We had power and internet the entire time.

I cannot wait to be back this winter!

Property and Unit are Very Nice

I am staying in the unit throughout the summer as I work on Disaster Recovery here in the USVI. The Unit is clean and in good repair, very centrally located, amenities (internet, cable, entertainment center, etc...) are well above average for the islands, and (I know this will seem like a minor issue but it is real important...) the Unit is assigned the best parking spot in the complex - lol. I have also had a chance to meet the owner, Tom, and he is a very nice guy.

Nice, clean - great internet

Stayed here 3+ weeks looking for long term place to live. Tom's place is clean, new furniture. Nice view of the harbor and close to downtown and the boardwalk.

We didn't have cable the first couple of weeks, but it was finally restored just before we left. Noise and lights from the dock where supply ferry's coming in can be a distraction once in a while - but nothing terribly out of hand. Road you have to take to get to complex needs a lot of work as well. Internet there is great~!

I thought pricing may have been a bit high for the place, but we needed a place and this one worked. We would stay there again.

Public Works and the Port Authority have a plan to improve the road which we hope will be implemented soon plus the supply dock is going to be relocated to the south shore. Very happy you liked the decor and cleanliness. My wife, Ann, and Carmel, our housekeeper, work hard to keep the place nice for guests and I will be sure to pass your compliments on to them. The Schooner Bay property is well maintained, secure, and perfectly located near Christiansted. Tom was an excellent host, providing great pre-arrival information, checking in with us after arrival to make sure all was well, and checking in with us a few days before departure. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the personal attention.

Schooner Bay #109 is perfect for a great vacation

Our family had a GREAT 10-night stay at Schooner Bay #109! It's perfectly positioned for easy access into town for great restaurants and shopping or quick drives to the many different beaches. Everything you need to truly experience the best of the Caribbean. There's a full service market located right around the corner as well as No Bones Cafe about 100 yards away for a great night out. We didn't want to leave but sadly reality had to return. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!!
