The deck has full-sized and child's picnic tables plus extra chairs, as well as a propane BBQ grill, with a beautiful view of Crested Butte mountain and the surrounding countryside. Sleeps 6.
1) The loft access is by a vertical ladder which is not safe for younger children, the elderly or people with infirmities.

ALSO: The owner's brother's condo, next door to the west, sleeps 8. If both condos are rented together, we offer a 10% discount on both properties. Combined, they offer a neat way for large families (or two families) to be close together yet have separate space when desired.

Due to this, it is VERY expensive to clean adequately when a pet has stayed there, and renters will be responsible for any additional cleaning costs and/or lost rentals due to their bringing a pet.

About the owner: We're the Maxwells - Bob and Nanette, Chris and Ashley, Jimmy and Courtney, Kevin and Joy, and Stephen and Lindsay. We live in Kansas City, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Kansas City, and San Francisco, respectively. This is a perfect place for all of us to meet and enjoy the outdoors.

Nanette Guignon Maxwell has been spending summer vacations in Crested Butte since she was a little girl! We have spent many vacations in Crested Butte and love the laid back atmosphere that this little area of paradise provides. The hiking trails are wonderful with beautiful summer wildflowers.

Winter sports and summer fun! Delightful community. Perfect in-town location (709 Red Lady Ave.), across from the city park and a short walk to Elk street. The free shuttle to/from the ski area is across the street in front of the grocery store. It runs year round.
