Love taking a walk on the Hutchinson Island beach at sunrise.
Neda purchased this Condo in 2008
Why Neda chose Hutchinson Island South
Breathtaking view as soon as you walk in this bright and spacious condo. Atlantis III is one of the most desirable buildings on Hutchinson Island. It is well-kept and people are very friendly. Seems that same people come all the time and you feel sense of community, specially in the winter months.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Unit 401 of Atlantis III By the Sea cobuld not have been a more enjoyable place to vacation. From the layout, the utensils and other amenities provided, the view, the other onsite facilities, especially the tennis courts and the pool, and above the immediate access to the beach, it just couldn't have been better unless there was a live-in massuse and chef! Very happy.
We had everything we needed to make our month enjoyable and comfortable. Nicely decorated, very clean, and every amenity provided.
Unit was clean and well stocked.
Very nice 4th floor unit with all the amenities of home. Will rent again soon.
Great stay - beautiful views
Overall very well equipped kitchen - place was very clean and well stocked - we enjoyed the holidays there with family and friends.
Perfect ocean view
We found the unit exactly as described. It was well appointed, comfortable, clean, equipped and stocked with just about everything we needed. Everything worked, except for the spare bedroom light switch, and none of the ceiling fans could be activated by a wall switch. The HD TVs were larger than most condo rentals we've had, but did not have any HD channels. The Wi-Fi internet was very good, however, so streaming our Dish anywhere app from our laptop worked out quite nicely. The balcony furniture was sturdy, practical and adequate for sitting and eating, but not for extended lounging. A couple of lounge chairs with cushions would have been a much needed bonus for our old bones. But, the wind was fairly strong most days, so we found the view was just as nice and much more enjoyable from the comfort of the living room. It was a very quiet unit. Located away from the elevators and trash shoot, and far enough from the road that there was almost no distracting noise. All things considered, we loved it and our stay went way too fast! A special note of appreciation to Neda, the owner, who was very helpful and very quick to respond to every communication.
Wonderful place to stay!!
This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and then some. The owner always responded to me in a timely manner when I contacted her. The area is very quiet with few people on the private beach. We loved being able to relax without all of the noise and people you get on other beaches. I cannot say a single negative thing. We would love to go back another time!!
Just north of Jensen Beach Blvd. on Ocean Dr, South Hutchinson Island is located along the central Atlantic coast of Florida, 45 minutes north of Palm Beach.
Disney / Universal Studios / Sea World is less than 2 hour drive.
Kennedy Space Center is hour and a half north.
Other Activities: shuffle board, boat rentals, 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center, 1.5 hours from Orlando, 2 hours from Miami.
We would suggest visiting Sawgrass Mall, the biggest outlet in the US with over 350 stores which is located in Sunrise Florida, 1 1/2 hour drive from Hutchinson Island and definitely worth visiting.
Golf: The island and the area have many golf courses that are not expensive and are located approximately 2 miles from the condo. If you want to play like a pro, there are at least four Professional Golf Association (PGA) Championship golf courses, with the closest being 4 miles and the furthest at 45 miles. Notable are the championship courses designed by pros such as Tom Fazio (Champions Club at Summerfield) and Jack Nicklaus (Sailfish Point Golf Club). Port St. Lucie is home to the PGA Learning Center, the PGA Historical Center, and the PGA Golf Professional Hall of Fame. It is also home to the Probst Library that houses the world's premier collections of golf periodicals and memorabilia.
